Comfortable 55 m² apartment, ideal for a family or a stay with friends in Les Sables d'Olonne. Located in the Arago district, just 100 m from the beach and a stone's throw from the cycle paths, this bright ground-floor apartment offers easy access to shops (150 m) and the town center (1.5 km).

The 20 m² living area is welcoming and equipped for preparing meals: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pressure cooker, and complete set of utensils. A flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels is also provided. The apartment has a functional bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people: one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm, approximately 11 m²), and a basement bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm). Bed linen (duvets and pillows) is provided. For your comfort, the accommodation is in good condition and equipped with a smoke detector, a vacuum cleaner, and a clothes dryer/hanging rack.

We offer additional services such as end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (€18 per set of sheets and €10 per person for towels), and Wi-Fi box rental (€39 per week). Pets are not allowed. A cleaning deposit may be required.
