Access the villa through a large automatic gate opening onto 2 beautiful parking spaces and a small garden, then take a staircase to reach the main level of the house.
Entrance to the villa is through the living room and leads into a large, bright living room with sofa, small comfortable armchairs, flat screen and large dining table for 8 people. The permanent view of the infinity pool and the horizon make this room the privileged living space of the villa.
A mix of wood and polished concrete, the kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped and has all the necessary equipment and utensils. From the kitchen, you will also have access to a garden equipped with a Weber barbecue.

From the corridor, access a first large air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a 160x200cm bed, a large wardrobe, a work space and a bay window for direct access to the swimming pool.
A 2nd air-conditioned bedroom can accommodate two children or a couple thanks to 2 single beds (to be pushed together or separated) and a large wardrobe.
The 1st bathroom serves the two downstairs bedrooms. It has two sinks, a bathtub, and large storage cupboards. A separate toilet adjoins the bathroom.

Outside, a beautiful veranda extends the living room, with a second large dining table and a superb cocooning lounge bar area. Whether you prefer champagne, cocktails or mixed rum, it’s all there!

The large 9m x 5m infinity pool will delight young and old alike! Its depth is progressive, up to 1m90. You and your children can enjoy the pool in complete safety since a removable barrier will prevent young ones from moving freely around the pool. Four deckchairs are at your disposal for sunbathing without being overlooked.

Below the swimming pool, a small staircase opens onto a garden with fruit trees.

The first floor serves 2 spacious bedrooms, separated by a bathroom and a toilet. On your left, the blue bedroom which reminds us so much of Greece is air-conditioned and equipped with a 160x200cm bed and a large wardrobe.

At the end of the corridor, a final large air-conditioned bedroom, cozy and bright, accommodates a 160x200cm bed and a large wardrobe. But also and above all, it benefits from its own terrace and a 360° view of the Indian Ocean. This space will offer you great privacy and allow you to experience special moments from sunrise to sunset.
