The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned cottage with shared pool and jacuzzi for rent in Les Anses-d'Arlet. It has a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful mezzanine bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 50 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included, so we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom (with shower) and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 6×4 m swimming pool (unheated and shared), secured by an alarm and open all year round
- A jacuzzi (for up to 3 people) open all year round
- A private 18 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A beautiful shared and fenced 50 m² garden

The house is ideally located in Les Anses-d'Arlet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle).

- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
