«If you are headed down town it is in a very good location. Parking is easy. The decor is gray and minimalist, drab instead of elegant. The room was clean and pravcical. The breakfast was lacking and the service on our morning pretty bad. The people at the front desk were up beat and helpful. They rescuead the place for us. But we will. not come back. Almost $500 for one night seemed quite steep as well.»

«Place was older and in need of maintenance. The slider did not unlock, so you could park in front of the room but had to bring your luggage around. It’s in an impoverished area and looks to be unsafe. The hotel had many security cameras but a couple was loud and arguing in the hallway at 3:30 am and the hotel did nothing even after I called. We left at 5:00am after very little sleep.»

«By far my worst day in a comfort Inn. I’ve stayed in quite a few comforts, especially in the Connecticut area and I’ve always had a great experience. This one was well below the standards and does not need to have the Comfort Inn name attached to it. The standards and level of maintenance is well below anything an average travelet would expect.
After checking in we were assigned to room 407. Our first impression was to see that there was a huge dent in the bed. It resembled a bowl. There were ...

«Room was fine but...
1. Raising room rates by hundreds of dollars on college homecomming weekends is unconscionable. Nothing more than predatory pricing. I know all chains do and have for years but that doesn't make it right, esp when parents are struggling with the economic issues we face today.
2, Our room had no soap or shampoo!!!!
3, Coffee maker had only two pods, one regular, the other decaf. Neither my wife nor I drink decaf so we had to share our morning coffee.
I understand that in ...

«Could not believe how expensive almost ALL hotels were in MA. This was not a great value for the money - but it was one of the few options we were willing to pay for. Definitely NOT worth the cost, but then I suspect most options weren't.»

«Most of the hotel is under remodel. The rooms still being used looked like they should have been remodeled. Tiny and in disrepair. Don’t stay here if you can avoid it. Was kept up all night due to a loud argument from the people next door. Thin walls. If you’re staying here, bring earplugs or don’t expect to sleep.»
