«My husband and I needed a place for one night near Wellsboro and found this place. Rough Cut Lodge was so nice. We stayed across the road from the main lodge area in a suite and loved it.Comfy king bed, kitchen area and sitting area were all great. Nice porch that you can watch for wildlife. So nice. I am glad I found this place and can't wait to come back!»

«Short fishing trip on Pine Creek, father and two sons. Cabin was really perfect, very clean and well kept. The surrounding property was incredibly well maintained. Beautiful spot. If we get back to this area will definitely try to stay here again.»

«Overall we really liked the property. It gave us the quiet and privacy we were looking for. Beautiful sunrise in the morning. The only downside was although the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment, there were no spices(except salt and pepper) and no baggies, foil etc which made storing leftovers a challenge. Future renters should also be aware that the washer/dryer are in the closet of the second bedroom so there is no closet space for clothes. »

«This was one of the best vacations our family had and it was majorly due to this property! The house was beautiful and had everything you could need. The loft upstairs was an absolute win for the kids. On the rainy day they all sat up there to play cards and our son thought it was so cool that he got to sleep up there!
