Stunning modern ranch style home in the heart of Lenoir City Tennessee. When you first step through the door you will see the beautiful vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace ,and open airy layout.

The home is furnished with pillow topper memory foam mattresses, a living room you won't want to leave, and a newly renovated kitchen with beautiful countertops and new appliances.

The home is on an acre of land located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from I-75 and the Tellico Lake.
The space
Love the cozy feel of a farm house, or a luxury modern feel? This is the perfect place for you! The living room is the perfect place to sit down and enjoy your morning coffee or play board games with friends. Our kitchen is perfect for entertaining your guest.

Sit back and relax on the front porch and take in the vast mountain views.

Looking to work from home? Our internet clocks download speeds of over 400mbs. Perfect for those zoom calls and other business needs.

Enjoy our master bedroom which features a king bed with a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious tile shower. Our other two guest beads feature queen beds in each room. In addition we have a double air mattress to accommodate extra guests.

Walk out to our backyard patio where at night you can relax by the fire pit under the lights.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to be the next top chef!

The living room is furnished with a nice 70 inch flat-screen smart TV where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to things like: coffee, a blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen and more.

While this adorable home is the perfect private getaway for you and the family, its location makes it easy to get around.

This house was the perfect size and location for our family Christmas get-together! The neighborhood was quiet, and we were able to take a walk without much traffic. The nearest grocery was only a couple of miles away - very convenient for last-minute purchases! The driveway was long enough to fit all our vehicles so we didn't have to park on the street. The host was very accommodating and allowed our pets to join us and for us to put up a Christmas tree in the living room. The house was clean and orderly when we arrived, and the yard was spacious for the kids and dogs to run around in. Overall, this was a wonderful, memorable week, and much of that experience was due to the perfect rental house. Thank you to the hosts for providing a great place!

We highly recommend this home to others staying in the Knoxville area. The home has been beautifully renovated. The beds and sofa are comfortable. There is lots of natural light in the house. The kitchen is spacious, with lots of counter room. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's a short distance from the highway, with restaurants and a Walmart supercenter nearby. And we saw a beautiful sunrise from the front porch. We hope to stay here again!

Nice little home

We didn’t spend time during the day in the house as we have lots of family in the area. It was good for sleeping and preparing simple meals. The couch was decently comfortable and the outside patio furniture helped us enjoy the Tennessee sunshine.

BEWARE-Neighbor Tried to Fight Me

Shortly after we arrived, my wife and I (56)took our two dogs for a walk in the neighborhood. Went down the street and a neighbors dog ran at us from his garage (255). I scooped up both our dogs and put myself between the other dog and mine. The neighbor came out and called his dog off. My wife and I were startled by the incident and after she said to me - well that was scary.... the neighbor overheard this and began cursing at us both, calling us dumb mother f'ers and calling my wife a mother f'ing b'. I explained to him that we had no clue whether his dog was friendly or not and that just made him madder and he started coming at me telling me he was kick my a' and again dropping f-bombs at both my wife and I. My wife convinced me not to fight him. It was clear that there was no reasoning with this person. My wife was truly scared to come back outside with the dogs. As part of our stay, I was to travel 20 miles away from the house for work each day and I was 100% convinced that this neighbor could not be trusted. I expressed my concern to the owner and told him that we plan to leave by check out the next morning, and asked if he could refund the remainder of our stay given the safety issue. He explained to me that since nothing was wrong with the rental itself, he would not provide any refund, unless someone else rented the home for the remainder of my stay. Though it was my choice to leave, I feel that common decency should prevail over money. Rent at your own risk

Fabulous Property

This is a beautiful home and property! Top notch furnishings and layout. Super clean and accommodating. The area was close to restaurants and gas stations. Easy access for check in and check out. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place.
