«Location was good . Only a short bus ride into town . Very quiet and peaceful . It is self-contained so we brought a lot of snacks over from Australia as it is very expensive over there. Breakfast was very slow . Nearly missed our tour because our order wasn’t placed properly , another 2 times they got the order wrong and then tried to charge me for something I hadn’t even bought when we were checking out . «The property has a nice view of the bay. If you are wanting a secluded area this is it, not very much around. Most of the time music was blaring from the reception area, song playing on repeat for days. The staff won’t turn it down even when they can’t hear you asking a question, this matched with building noises. «Loved everything about our stay! We only had five nights. Wish it had been more. Anne, Petter and staff were so welcoming and the care and small touches make it a special place. «Absolutely lovely,helpful staff and convenient location in walking distance from Port Vila. Regrettably the property needs maintenance and updating. The water for showers is lukewarm, the internet needs updating as iit was unavailable and the lagoon can't be used due to pollution from sewerage. It has potential if some money is spent on the facilities.»

«Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who ...
