"Fly problem gjorde at vi måtte overnatte i Lima. Selv om kl var 23.30 så fikk vi rom og hjelp med bagasjen. Det lå kort vei fra flyplassen. Bra service "

"Booked the hotel due to the swimming pool, when we got there the pool was closed for maintenance. Check in was very slow, but the rooms were really good, clean and the beds very comfy. The service in the restaurant was friendly but really slow, we had to request them 4 times to clean the table, only after the food arrived 30 minutes later and we said we wanted them to clean the table before placing it on the table did they finally do so. Food also took a long time, but was good. Quite stressful with the payment for the airport bus having to be done online, would be much easier to have it as an option for extras when you book the room. Alternatively, it would have been helpful if reception had recommended us to book it on check-in."
