We invite you to stay in our renovated family house, ideal for a relaxing holiday between the ocean, forest, and bay.



Located in a peaceful spot at the end of the garden, this single-storey 110 m² house is at the entrance of the Cap Ferret peninsula, just minutes from the Atlantic beaches and the Arcachon Bay.



The house offers a bright living room with a small desk, an open kitchen, and a dining area. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x190), plus an extra folding bed for one adult. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the toilet is separate.



Outside, you will enjoy a fenced 1,500 m² garden with no direct neighbors, a 50 m² covered terrace with tables, chairs, hammock, and charcoal barbecue. A private driveway allows you to park several cars.
