The food and the customer service in this place is definitely great! They are always smiling and helpful. However, im unsure if its just the room i got is dirty and the others are ok or its just they all look the same. They informed me ahead of time that they are fully book and the room im gettinf is located in the newly built area, however the room definitely has some sort of smell and toilet definitely the corners is dirty.

Room and staff are ok except hallway why they need to put all the rollaway bed in the hallway it’s looks like hospital and the hallway going to the pool it’s look scary!! And food in the buffet is cold and same everyday..

I booked for 3 adults and 2 kids, yet, only 3 adults can get complementary food. We need to pay additional fee so the kids can eat. And the pool is not working and not telling or informing us that it can’t be use.

Overall very satisfied
The staff were very friendly and couldn't be helpful enough, from door guard to reception, cleaner to food staff. The room was disappointing considering the amount of money we spent in the hotel with our function, the power kept going off and on, a problem mainly it seems unique to our room! The same with the water supply to the bathroom, was it switched off? The breakfast was very average and only on our first morning did we get much choice! (I think because of a conference group in-house!) The location is good, with some nice places to eat nearby and a supermarket just across the road. The function we held however was amazing, the food delicious, MC, music and set up exceeded my expectations! The bar was the let-down, we ended up paying for drinks that were not ours and repeated requests for COLD beer were not met! The swimming pool was very nice, however it could do with a bit more shade, a parasol here and there would be good, with table and chairs, not that there is much room for them! The exterior of the building is getting a face-lift, so should look good all round, when completed. The cafe was non existent, I think that too is under renovation and we could have done with a lounge area, where we could have gathered with our friends, instead of in the the rooms! Overall though our stay was good and we would probably return on our next visit. We would also recommend it to others.

Property need major upgrade The room is too old especialy the bathroom. No water in the shower when we arrived I went straight there to take shower but no water at all. The toilet very dirty seems like not been toilet brushing at all. You can see water line and it was brown color. The sink is dirty you dont even want to brush your teeth.

Great value in Legazpi. The hotel was well priced, for what you get. The staff were wonderful. The location was comvenient to many Legazpi amenitities. The resaurant on the 1st floor served delicious food for a good price. The pool looked nice, although we did nit swim.

The property is a outdated. But the staff is excellent in terms of service. Need to improve sense of cleanliness. There are cockroaches visible specially in the dining area which is unsafe to guests health. You get the value of what you paid but if you can stretch your budget a little bit..explore other options.

The Property was convenient, however, could do with some refurbishment in the actual room. Basics are fine, just looking tired. e.g. internet/modem or what the TV uses is just stuffed up under the older flat screen; refrigerator power plug not connected on arrival and awkwardly behind cabinet; room layout - cannot sit on settee and view TV. Swimming pool needs acid cleaning to remove the obvious. Arrangements at swimming pool sometimes not work if staff not in attendance

The location was great! So many places to eat within walking distance. The only problem was the included Shuttle Service. Once I booked the Hotel and emailed to confirm our PickUp, I was informed that the shuttle does NOT run on Sunday. For drop off, I was informed that our 7am departure was too early and that I would have to pay extra for them to coordinate a PickUp. Very upsetting since I booked this hotel based on their advertised free shuttle service.

I would like to explain our side about the shuttle service, since the new airport is situated quite far from our property, the free shuttle service was already excluded in the room package. We cannot access to remove the free shuttle with expedia.com. We already informed expedia about this concern but there is no update yet up to now from them. The property had expired lotion, some hotel staff did not look like they wanted to be there. We had some good hotel staff also so it balanced out. Breakfast there was okay but they did not have serving utensils for the entrees.

Poor run down hotel.
Not a clean healthy hotel. At one point water was shut off while in the showet. No towels for more than a day. Pool was closed but understood after typhoon . Breakfast very limited to pinoy food only.loud music until after 10pm.

Ninongs hotel has a very nice location in the city Facility’s neat just need to educate some housekeeping staff to be consistent on room upkeep when asked state she is alone so maybe hire more for housekeeping but overall staff are friendly courteous and helpful

We just happen to have a terrible and scary experience when I saw a thief on our window at the 5th floor watching on us as we are about to sleep. I was hesitant at first but I saw the head two times as he made sure that we were asleep. Luckily we weren't. We opened the curtains to make sure and I definitely saw this man hiding against the wall face and body on floor as he tries to hide. On his Jersey shirt. I do not know if this will help but it seems he knows which room we are staying. I was with my British boyfriend that time. Will never book here again.

Nice , comfy room with great view of the volcano. Helpful staff and resto downstairs serves free breakfast which is tasty and good for lunch and dinner too, not too expensive. Location is very central, easy access to many amenities close by. Very close to airport with free pick up is a bonus
