Villa Thea Ponti is a great choice for families and friends looking to combine sea views, outdoor living and easy access to the popular resort of Vasiliki. Set amongst the green hillsides overlooking the bay, the villa enjoys an elevated position that makes the most of the surrounding coastline and mountain scenery.

Days here are best spent outdoors, whether that's cooling off in the private pool, stretching out on a sun lounger with a good book or gathering together for meals on the terrace. The covered dining area and gas barbecue provide a welcoming setting for long lunches and relaxed evenings, while the views across Vasiliki Bay create a memorable backdrop throughout your stay.

Inside, the villa offers bright and comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. The open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen create a sociable space for spending time together, while three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own en suite shower room, provide added comfort and flexibility for families and groups travelling together. Two of the bedrooms also benefit from balcony access, offering further opportunities to enjoy the surrounding views.

Vasiliki Beach is approximately a 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive away and is well known for its watersports, beachfront tavernas, cafés and mini-market. The marina area can be reached within around 7 minutes by car and offers an even wider selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The surrounding area is also ideal for exploring traditional villages, scenic walking routes and some of Lefkas' best-known beaches.

For larger groups travelling together, Villa Thea Ponti can be booked alongside neighbouring Villa Ponti, allowing guests to enjoy separate accommodation whilst staying close to friends or family.

Important Information - This property contains wide gaps in the balcony, terrace and external staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.

To access the villa there is a path which is 500cm wide, there are no steps, however there is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 165cm wide. As can be seen in the images, the poolside is only accessible via external stairs. There are 17 steps in total. The remaining area is tiled. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 72cm wide, and the ensuite door is 62cm wide.
