Ponti Monti enjoys a peaceful and elevated setting whilst remaining just a few minutes drive from the relaxed harbour village of Vasiliki.
From its commanding hillside position, this brand-new villa boasts uninterrupted panoramic views across the deep blue sea of Vasiliki Bay as well as the rolling green hills of the valley below. The mesmerising view here is constant throughout the day, from the first morning light to golden sunsets and twinkling evening lights across the town and boats below.

Two sets of large patio doors open directly onto the terrace, allowing the stunning views and sea breezes to flow effortlessly throughout the villa. Either side of the living area there is an elegant bedroom, each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The double bedroom features an en suite shower room with direct access to the poolside terrace. On the other side, the twin bedroom is equally bright and inviting and also enjoys direct access to the exterior. It is next to a separate contemporary shower room with a double sink unit.

Despite its tranquil setting, Ponti Monti is just a five-minute drive from Vasiliki, a charming coastal village well known for its friendly atmosphere, excellent tavernas, cafés, bakeries, and small shops. The long and gently shelving beach is ideal for families and swimmers and is internationally famous for windsurfing thanks to the reliable afternoon breezes. Boat trips, water sports, waterfront dining and ferries to neighbouring islands are all available and close at hand.

The villa also provides an excellent base for exploring Lefkada’s iconic coastline. Renowned beaches such as Porto Katsiki (15 km) and Egremni (18 km) are within easy reach, as are scenic drives through traditional mountain villages offering authentic local life, spectacular viewpoints, and welcoming tavernas.

The property driveway, while wide and paved, is sharply inclined. Please note the incline of the driveay is approximalty 30 degrees Parking is also availalbe at the bottom of the driveway at the entrance to houses on the road. 
Please note: The Greek Government charge a Climate Tax which is payable by guests staying in hotels and other properties. For Ponti Monti the charge is a flat rate of €15 (£13.04) per night. For your convenience we will add this amount to your booking, rather than you having to pay it in resort.
