This is a single-family ranch style lake home ten feet from Big Barbee Lake and chain. Minimal to no steps on property. 2 good size bedrooms with big windows and amazing views. Guest has full bed with newer mattress. Brand-new queen-size Beauty rest black hybrid in master bedroom. Pull out futon is queen size and can sleep 2 more. Can provide additional inflatable mattress if needed. Bathroom has plenty of storage space. Huge kitchen and dining room with separate bonus area and laundry room. Huge yard that backs to the street, house, and pier included. Poly wood Adirondack outdoor furniture with Solo Stove ready to go for those chilly nights. 2 kayaks. Central air, fast Wi-Fi, plenty of extra towels, Quality amenities, and professional interior design. For work or vacation, this is it.

Excellent Wi-Fi speeds. Water is on well, so at times can have slight smell to it. I will keep bottled water in the fridge.

Please respect the wonderful neighbors and no loud gatherings after 10pm. Smoking is allowed outside. Sheds are not included. Parking should fit 6-8 plus on driveway. Property goes back to the street so plenty of space for activities. Washer and Dryer included. Weber Grill and 2 kayaks also included.
