«Basic room. Although there were patio doors opening onto the car park there were no windows so the room was very hot during our stay. We brought our own fan so were able to manage but would have been very uncomfortable if we hadn’t. Bed was not very comfortable. Electric shower and the plug in the sink got stuck down if used. We arrived at 5pm on Sunday and told no food served after 4pm. Also no breakfast available. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the pub on the second night and food was good. ...

«⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful and Memorable Stay
We had such a lovely stay at the Radcliffe Guest House in Ross-on-Wye and genuinely could not have asked for a warmer welcome.
From the moment we arrived, Geoff and Kim were incredibly friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. Geoff kindly helped us carry our luggage to our room when we checked in, which was such a lovely personal touch. He then spent time chatting with us and sharing lots of useful local knowledge, recommending places to visit, things to see and ...

«Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery!
The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.»

«It needs a crib sheet in each room telling of breakfast times, emergency tel no's etc. The room was very dark. Bathroom OK but would benefit from some shelves to put toiletries on etc. Breakfasts were very good with a wide choice. Dining in was v good but we felt overpriced. The whole experience was good but felt at £180 it represnted poor value.»
