This spacious and elegant apartment is located in the heart of Lecco, surrounded by a quiet courtyard a few meters from the main road. It has a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a lovely balcony with a view of the interior courtyard, a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and two large bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi and the other with a shower. The apartment is located in the “coolest” area of Lecco, close to shops, bars and restaurants and is 100 meters from the station and as many from the lake area. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by elevator. It is also equipped with a modern air conditioning system present in all the main rooms, and a fast internet line.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
