It offers a large air-conditioned room which houses a fitted kitchen and its modern living room. Brightness is guaranteed by its through openings, the bay windows open completely for greater interaction between the interior and the exterior.<br>On either side of the living room, the 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned, and the 2 bathrooms have been created identically, symmetrical and comfortable. Pocket doors separate the living room from the bedrooms and bathroom so that everyone can find their privacy when they want, or calm for the rest of young children.<br>The large wooden terrace will offer pleasant moments around the private swimming pool (4m x 9m x1.50m, heated in May, June, September and October) and the petanque court. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, petanque balls and board games for children... everything is planned to share good times.<br><br>The villa is located in a new residence composed only of single-storey houses for a perfect integration into the environment. Close to the Oso river, and with the view of the mountain, the place ensures calm and relaxation.<br>Bakery, butcher, tobacconist, supermarket, restaurant are 1km from the villa as well as the cinema, laser game and bowling.<br><br>Each room in the house is air-conditioned and has WIFI (fiber installed).<br><br>The residence is very quiet, which makes it an ideal place to rest but this is also why we ask our guests to respect the tranquility of the place especially after 10 p.m.<br><br> To be paid directly on site to the person in charge of maintenance and check-in/out:<br>*Mandatory deposit: 500 euros to be paid on arrival, it will be returned on the day of your departure if there is no damage observed<br>*Mandatory cleaning: 200 euros to be paid on the day of your departure<br>*Optional: Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and dish towel: 25€ per person<br><br>Casadileccia
