We did not enjoy our stay there. The hotel in general seems run-down and dirty, and smells of cheap cleaning products. The elevator had no visible inspection sticker in it and felt kind of rickety, so we took the stairs. Our room was gross. The toilet, next to the handle, had some kind of red/brown smears on it. It was also on the wall. It looked like either blood and/or feces, and if it wasn't 9:00 at night and we weren't exhausted, we would have left right then. It was absolutely disgusting.
The shower had a lot of pink and black mildew in it. My shower towel had stains on it. The walls to the room also appeared to be quite thin. We could clearly hear the conversation in the room next to us very late at night while we were trying to sleep.
I was really disappointed that the fitness room wasn't open 24 hours. I was told it didn't open until 6-6:30, however the website states that it's open 24 hours. I was hoping to work out at 5am. The mattress was also really soft and flimsy. The breakfast was not great, and there were some questionable characters taking up most of the breakfast area. It seemed they may be living there.
We couldn't wait to get out of there. We were really dissatisfied with the hotel and would never recommend it nor try to stay there again unless we had no other choice. On the plus side, the front desk people were friendly.
