The cabin was perfect for our Christmas getaway. Cozy cabin feeling fit our family just perfect. The cabin was clean and had just enough amenities. It was snowing hard when we pulled in, I suggest 4x4 if the roads are not plowed.

We personally would not stay here again and we feel like it was a waste of our money. Used wash cloths and hand towels were still in the washer when we went to put our used towels in the washer. There was a sticky substance in the counter in the kitchen and one the floors. The water jug in the fridge had filtered water, it tasted like a pond. We bought water bottles instead. Coffee cups had food residue in them and lipstick on the mug. The main bedroom had the hardest mattress. Chair in the living room was old and smelled musty. Couch was okay. Pillows were VERY dingy, glad we brought our own. TV in one room upstairs didn't have a power cord so our kids couldnt wind down in the evening with a movie. The cabin is outdated. The railing outside on the deck is very loose and unsafe, do not lean on them! The outdoor area is unkempt ad undesirable. It's too hot in the summertime for the cabin to not have Air Conditioning. We reached out about outdoor lighting, because none of the back patio lights worked to be able to use the hot tub in the evening. We were told they were reaching out to a team in the area and we never heard back.

Pick somewhere else

The front door wont lock from the inside. The code keeps it "locked" from the outside, but who doesn't like feeling secure in the place they plan to sleep???? The railing on the deck is a severe safety issue. It is loose and won't hold the weight of an average adult if it were ever a necessity. Cleaning was an issue. The floors were sticky, and there was debris/pet hair around all of the movable objects. Dust on many surfaces, and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Torn furniture, and the beds were atrocious. One person had to make a bed on the floor, because it was so bad. There is an interesting window in front of the stairs that has no covering which looks up into the bathroom on the second floor. We had to use a towel to have a bit more privacy. Also, you share the space with a interesting family of bugs. Outside, you will find the reminits of past parties under the deck, and leftover construction materials. It would literally take a couple hours to get this space in good condition. You will probably need to add water to the hot tub as it has a leak somewhere, and check the grill before you plan to use it, it was nasty and out of propane. Overall, we kept saying "this has the potential to be amazing, but they dropped the bag." We ended up leaving early, because it just wasn't worth it to be this uncomfortable. I took photos of everything, so there will be proof on Google reviews later. Have a nice trip if you decide to waste your money!!!

Great Get Away.

The location of this cabin was perfect for the x-country skiing and snowshoeing activities we wanted to do, close to many trails and Nordic parks. Nice being close to Leavenworth also. Cabin was cozy, private, quiet in a peaceful location.

Worn Out & Unsafe

When we arrived it was dark, there was on light to see or handrail to go down 11 steps. The first 3 steps were covered with ice. The furniture inside & out were torn & old. The fireplace does not work,its for looks only. Pans need replaced. The toilets do not wont to flush. The Hot Tub is down under the deck along with junk next to it. No light there either , I fell on my face. hurt my knee.

Lovely but could use some attention

Cute place and we had a lovely time. The place very much feels like someone's winter cabin over a cozy place to stay. No advertisement that the stove was broken. There was a spot that needed patching in the deck, could use more uniformity in the kitchen supplies, and access to cleaning supplies like spray or wipes, there was minimal storage to unpack luggage. I recommend at least over-the-door hooks for the bedrooms so towels can be hung and at least a luggage stand if not a foot bench or less bedding being stored since both the wardrobe and the dresser were full. I would also recommend putting a traction mat on the tile steps out of the shower since it's super slippery when wet. No lies in the reviews about the main bed, there are literally bowed spots where people have slept which makes it highly uncomfortable. Plus none of the mattresses had any protectors on them which is a bit concerning. This place has the potential to be great with a little bit of elbow grease and attention to what is ideal for short-term lodging. That being said, I would still recommend the place and would stay again

The house was very nice, but not the cleanest. The inside looked good at first glance but was very dusty. The cleaners more or less tidied up rather than clean (like I did as a teenager when my parents made me clean my room). There were multiple cups and dishes that had been put away in the cabinets but we're not clean. Someone, either a previous guest or a cleaner, had used the downstairs toilet but not flushed it properly. The property was in dire need of maintenance and for the most part was not usable. The patio hadn't been swept in months, it appeared, and it and the furniture was covered in dead pine needles and dust. The stay was enjoyable. The neighborhood was very quiet and remote, just what my family and I needed, just wished the cleaning prior to us being there had been better.

Keoni’s Place

I wouldn’t choose this place again. The living room furniture was terrible. The couch belongs at the dump by now. The couch was ripped. The other choices were not comfortable. One of the chairs has a huge rip on it as well. That old wooden rocking chair is not at all comfortable, maybe good for a porch. The pillows on the bed were flat and useless. Bring your own pillow. The shower faucet is switched. C is for hot water, H is for cold. All in all this place was better than sleeping in a tent but not at all a place I’d ever sleep in again.

Terrific, cozy vacation place

We had a terrific trip! We love the peace and tranquility. We enjoyed the hottub every night and relaxing on the deck was amazing. The only complaint we had was the remote for the ROKU was missing so we couldn’t watch movies, but the management company was very good at communicating w us and was, I believe, doing their best to help us find a solution. Ultimately we enjoyed our music and games for the evening.

Cute cabin, lacking in amenities and supplies.

This property has so much potential but is poorly ran and did not have accurate listing of it’s working amenities and supplies. Leaking hot tub No cable Had to make our own fire pit BBQ was Disgusting and broken No matches or lighters Lacking kitchen supplies such as tin foil, sharp knives, pots and pans. Living room fire place does not run based on owners not allowing it. Worn out linens and bedding

Cozy cabin

Very cozy cabin just a short drive to downtown Leavenworth. Beds were comfortable and space was clean. Perfect for dogs as you can section them off on the deck. Hot tub was perfect and kitchen was well stocked. The only issue which is not a big deal was the grill needs to be replaced but other than that would stay here again.

Management Company is awful

We arrived after dark there were no outside lights on. The stairs leading out of the parking area were slick and icy. Hard time seeing to enter lock code. Stairs leading to the hot tub slick and icy as well and the hot tub was cloudy and only half full - could not use. The cabin was freezing cold and dark when we arrived. Took a while to heat up. The gas stove does not work well at all and is a safety hazard. After receiving a text from the property management company asking if everything was OK I expressed some of our concerns. They said they would take care of it right away. No one came all weekend. The cabin was nice and comfortable you can tell that the owner loves this place. If I were them I would get a new management company right away. They have a huge liability right now. Also, be aware that the "fees" are more than the cabin rental fee so be prepared to pay double what you would expect.

Great cabin for a family stay! full amenities, no need to bring anything except clothes, food, and a mindset that is ready to relax! Hot tub is a smaller 2 person tub but the jets work great and they keep it maintenanced between customers! Books, puzzles, board games to disconnect but plenty of “connected” entertainment also! Wi-Fi, streaming Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ etc. Leavenworth is about 30 minutes away close enough to have lunch shop and bee bop and be back to the cabin in time for dinner! Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Wonderful getaway

Nice & quiet

Easy check in, surprised how far out of town it was. Definitely not ADA disability accessible. My 72yr/o dad did ok with help, but lots of stairs. Enjoyed it all the same

The first impression was negative because it was very cold in the cabin and the heating did not work everywhere. We walked around in jackets and blankets for 2.5 hours until one of the employees arrived and fixed some heaters. Also a quest for us was the search for heating regulators. In each room, they could be either at eye level, or hidden behind the bed. The ad states that the cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests, but the hot tub is very small and can accommodate no more than 2 people. However, cabin is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen has a choice of utensils, the mattresses in the bedrooms are comfortable. Particularly pleased with the large number of board games. We had a good time and plan to visit this cabin again.
