Enjoy the joys of outdoor living all year round with this large 155 m² terrace featuring a spacious bar (seats 18) by the pool, a large lounge area (seats 20), two dining tables (2x12 seats), and an outdoor kitchen with an XXL charcoal barbecue area (140x70).

The Domaine de l’Anse Simon is an innovative concept that combines comfort and technology. All of the villa’s features—including lighting, air conditioning, security, entertainment, and your music—are controlled via a touchscreen tablet or your phone. This allows you to customize your environment according to your needs and preferences. You also have access to two high-speed internet connections via fiber optics and satellite (Starlink). The Domaine offers you a unique and modern living experience.
The 340 m² main villa, spread over two levels, features:
- a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, steamer, food processor/blender, 3 coffee machines (Nespresso, Lavazza, and filter), a kettle, and all kitchen and baking utensils)

- a spacious and comfortable living room, with a large corner sofa that invites you to relax. A large smart TV (50 inches) provides access to all national and international channels. The living room is ideal for entertainment or relaxing after a great day exploring our beautiful island of flowers.

- Each of our 6 air-conditioned rooms offers a private and spacious area, with large windows and shutters, a work area, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with an integrated toilet. You’ll appreciate the comfort of our plush king-size beds, which will ensure you enjoy sweet, peaceful nights in complete silence and darkness.
The annex consists of:

- You can also enjoy a bungalow featuring a seventh air-conditioned bedroom (king-size bed), a walk-in closet, a large desk (seats two), and an adjoining bathroom with toilet. This bungalow is ideal for those seeking more privacy and comfort.
