And 300 meters away: a swimming pool on the grounds of the other gîtes, heated according to the weather (shared with 3 other gîtes) from May to September, 1.50 meters deep, a chalet (shower and toilet); open from 10 am to 9 pm, and a wood-fired Nordic bath (not in operation in July and August).

Places to visit: Gargilesse-Dampierre (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Argentomagus, the Brenne region, or Lake Eguzon. Beauval Zoo is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Ground floor: Living room and kitchen converted from the old forge, featuring a red brick fireplace and a wall-mounted wood-burning stove - pantry - WC - bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna.

First floor: Master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, bathtub, and island with sink and WC - living room with office area.

Second floor: Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a single bed - Zen corner on the mezzanine (two extra foam armchairs).

For good insulation, the walls are plastered with a hemp and lime mixture.

Public parking in the square 50 meters away.

No garden on the property.

Electric heating and firewood are included in the price. Green space 300 meters away, shared with the other cottages on the Le Broquet site, 800 m² with trampoline, ping-pong table, and pétanque court.

Greenway 2 minutes away with bicycle rentals available in Argenton-sur-Creuse.
