Studio apartment, entirely under the eaves, approximately 16m², 50m from the slopes and ski school (ESF), with a skylight (which may be blocked in case of heavy snowfall), valley view, east-facing, no balcony, on the 6th floor, with elevator access to the 5th floor. The top floor is a walk uphill. Living area with a pull-out sofa bed (2 single beds) 2*80*190 and a pull-out bed 2*70*190.

Kitchenette with a 2-burner electric hob, refrigerator, and microwave. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Ski locker on the 2nd floor, with access at the rear of the building.
Pets are not allowed.
