On the first floor, the living area with a TV offers a lovely living space. The open-concept kitchen, fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), allows you to prepare and enjoy your meals either indoors or on the terrace with a view of the surrounding greenery.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs; each is air-conditioned and features a queen-size bed (160x200) with high-quality bedding and storage space. Linens are included. A crib can be added (upon request and for an additional fee).

The bathroom is functional, featuring a sink, bathtub, and toilet. For optimal comfort, the apartment has a water tank.

A dedicated office space upstairs will allow you to stay connected if needed.

Ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from Anse Vinaigri Beach, you’ll find all the essential shops nearby (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, etc.).
