The house enjoys an exceptional and privileged environment, located in a very calm and safe neighborhood.

Le François is known for its islets and its funds (white sandy shoal located at sea also called Josephine Bath). By boat, its only few minutes far from the villa.

Main shops are located at Le François (10 km approx.). You’ll find there all accommodations, fruits and vegetables market, pharmacies, grocery shops…
Enjoy local pastries at « Dupé » located 5 min from the villa by car. Nearby, Mrs Léger ‘s small shop is also very well stocked.

Description of the villa
Built in 2013 and very well equipped, the house combines the charm of creole architecture and comfort. It welcomes easily 1 couple and 2 children.
The house is composed of:
1 bedroom with air-conditioning, a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a private bathroom.
1 living-room with a convertible sofa and a large open kitchen.
1 terrace with outdoor sofas and a table suitable for 6 people.
