Le Cabanou is located in the heart of a small mountain village, Les Hauts Gicons, 13 km from the ski resorts. Nestled at the foot of a magnificent climbing cliff, facing south, with breathtaking 360° views of the entire Dévoluy massif.

You will never cease to fall under the spell of this superb house, labelled ****. It welcomes you warmly all year round, from 4 to 6 people (+ 2 people with extra charge), whatever your desires, at the weekend, in mid-week, by the week or more.
Restored, in an old agricultural building, with elegance and simplicity, the Cabanou has kept its rustic and mountain character while favouring the assurance of great comfort.

In Le Dévoluy, this superb vacation rental, on one level, opens its doors to you, on a pretty living room, colorful and bathed in light, with a functional and very well equipped kitchen. In the living room, in a cocooning atmosphere at the foot of the stove, comfortably installed in the large sofa, you will spend pleasant moments around a great aperitif, enjoy the wifi, read or simply, enjoy a good movie, among the many programs offered by Canal + Intégrale.

Push the door of the corridor and the sleeping area reveals three bedrooms with neat decoration and different atmospheres, with very nice views of the entire Dévoluy valley. The first has a wardrobe, a queen size bed; the second offers all the comfort of a master bedroom with queen size bed, wardrobe, travel cot and the last is dedicated to the world of children, with two bunk beds, office area, sofa bed and book chest. (The beds are made on arrival). In the centre of the corridor, you will have access to the large walk-in bathroom with two sinks and all the baby equipment at your disposal, opposite the separate toilet area; these two very functional spaces have been fitted out to standards for the reception of people with reduced mobility.

Leave the living area and you will be seduced by the tranquility of the terrace-solarium with sunset and its breathtaking view of the mountains, inviting you to have your barbecued meals, stroll in the hammock, sunbathe on the sunbeds or simply contemplate the landscape or the magnificent starry nights.

Its large 200 m² garage with private parking allows you to park several cars, also serves as a play area with table tennis, table football or ski room, sledges... Ideal for being sheltered on arrival or departure, in case of bad weather.

The wellness area offers a whole range of massages and body treatments for absolute relaxation. (by reservation)

Finally, children will be delighted to enjoy the large enclosed and common garden with a pretty caravan, swing and slide. Succumb to the beauty of the landscapes by strolling according to your desires.
On site, you can also go for great walks, practice cross-country skiing or hiking, snowshoeing, sledging, discover wildlife (roe deer, marmots, chamois...)
