Access by lift. Private ski room upstairs. You only have to cross a footbridge to be on the slopes!

Beds: master bedroom = bed 160x200; children's bedroom = 2 bunk beds; living room = sofa bed 2 beds 90x190 - luxury duvets and pillows provided for all beds.
Electric bathtub/towel rail, sink, storage cabinet and 6 towel rails.
Separate toilet.
Built-in kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer section, coffee maker and espresso machine (Nespresso compatible capsules), kettle, toaster, and all the kitchen equipment for 6 people (cutlery, wine, champagne and beer glasses, plates, etc. in sufficient quantity).

For your comfort, the end-of-stay cleaning can be done by us for 95€ (optional, to be requested when booking). Cleaning kit provided: vacuum cleaner, broom, cleaning products.

Located at the foot of the ski slopes (direct link by footbridge - next to the tourist office), shops and restaurants, and the cinema.

PASSENGER ACCESS
Parking spaces are provided for unloading (limited to 1 hour), just at the foot of the building. Several free parking lots are available nearby, including a covered parking lot 200 metres from the building (opposite the tourist office), below the residence.

The entire stay can be done on foot:
- Direct access to the ski lifts from the footbridge that leads to the residence and the tourist office
- Residence in the heart of the resort, all shops 5 minutes away
- Ski schools 5 minutes walk away

Winter activities:
Alpine skiing and cross-country skiing of course.
Beautiful snowshoe hikes in the Nordic area, and in particular to La Joue du Loup.
Book in advance (before your arrival) for a dog sled outing.

Activities in summer: see the resort's programme (every week)
Hiking, mountain biking, nature outings, via ferrata (St Etienne), via souterrata (in Super Dévoluy), Sautet lake.
New: Summer and winter sledging (from summer 2025)!
Mountain bike trails, horse riding centre, sports and leisure centres (climbing wall, fitness, table tennis, archery, biathlon, basketball, football, etc.), tree climbing, mini-golf, tennis. Basketball camps in the resort. Swimming pool etc.
