The first floor comprises a second double bedroom (king-size bed that can be separated into two single beds) with its own shower room and toilet, a quadruple bedroom (four 90cm bunk beds), and a shower room/toilet.

Outside, the covered terrace features a private hot tub heated year-round, an electric barbecue, daybeds, and tables and chairs.
