We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels & trash can liners. Consider bringing additional items appropriate for your stay duration. Extra blankets and pillows are provided in the bedroom closets. We have a water filtration system, but Berkey water filters are provided for extra purity of the drinking water next to the sink.

Living/Family Room: A sleeper sofa is available for a total guest capacity of 6. There are two porches: a back porch and one off the upstairs bedroom that looks out over the vast forested beauty of the national park.

There is a back porch off the kitchen that invites you to come out for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as you look out over the vast, natural beauty of the national park.
Fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. A coffee station is provided along with Keurig and Coffee Pot (pods, coffee, creamer, & sugar provided).

☆☆ LOCATION ☆☆
You are likely to see deer, squirrels, and turkey wandering the forest around the cabin. This is a quiet and peaceful location. But, in only 20 minutes, you can drive down our 2 1/2 mile gravel road to be in the city of Beckley. There you’ll find lovely local dining options, unique shopping, and all the conveniences of a big city with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, etc.

You will have complete access to the entire property with touchpad keyless entry! Please make yourself at home and enjoy high speed WIFI throughout the property
Other things to note
☆You must be 21+ to book.
☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation.
☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied

☆NUMBER OF GUESTS☆
MAXIMUM of 6 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation.

☆ENTRY☆
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code.

☆PETS☆
We love hosting pets! We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee of $75/pet. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

☆REFUNDS☆
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.
