Hi Stephanie, the homeowners were surprised by your feedback, as they are accustomed to providing five-star stays. They would like to share the following: - The dining room table seats eight people, and there are two additional tables in the basement which seat four, as well as a deck table for four. All can be seen in the pictures. - The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide two cookie sheets and one large platter. - The temperature in the house has never been an issue before or after your stay, as the house stays cool. We were not made aware of your issue with the temperature until you checked out. If you had let us know, we would have been happy to resolve it for you. - The exterior of the house was recently pressure washed, and the deck and porch are swept before each arrival so we are confident that it was not dirty. - There are trees in the back yard as seen in the pictures. The lake is clearly visible all year; however, the view changes with the seasons. The property is advertised as a lakefront with water access. The listing photos accurately show the house and outdoor area. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs!
