The person at the front desk upon check-in was rude, and had poor customer service. The room smelled like old musty sweaty person. I cleaned my room and still found hair that wasn't mine in the shower. The pool was nice though.

I’ll go back.
Everything in the hotel was clean, and everything worked. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The (included) breakfasts were fresh, contained hot and cold cereals, eggs, pancakes and fresh fruit, and there was some variety each of the 3 mornings I was there. I’ll definitely stay again when in the area.

Hotels.com reservation switched the dates to the wrong date during the booking process. It was too late to correct this and I was unable to reach anyone at Hotels.com to rectify the situation. There needs to be a process to handle this.

Clean and well appointed Hampton. Check in was without hello, thanks, etc...although i got the feeling maybe she was new. The really significant point was the AC. It operates on a motion sensor and hotel control process. Go to sleep comfortable and wake a few hours later hot...repeated throughout the night. Way too expensive for in the middle of nowhere to not have AC in GA summer.

very quite rooms, there were girls traveling softball teams filling the team and in our room we never heard a sound. The desk staff was very friendly. Great restaurant within walking distance.
