1-room apartment for 2 to 4 people ideally located in the resort center of LIORAN, at the foot of the slopes and close to all shops.

Located on the first floor of a small condominium, the 27 m² apartment is extended by a generous south-facing balcony with a view of the Sagnes meadow, the ski area, and the Plomb du Cantal aerial cableway.

An entrance hall with a large 3-door cupboard to store your belongings distributes the separate toilet, the shower room, and the living room.

WC: a suspended bowl with garbage can, cleaning kit

Bathroom: a 90x120 shower with shower screen, a washbasin on a cabinet and high storage with mirrors and a 4-slot towel rail, hairdryer, garbage can

Living room: a kitchen with generous storage, induction hob, traditional combi oven / microwave, large 160 l fridge + freezer tray, dishwasher, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, raclette machine, two bins for selective sorting, two bunk beds 90x190, a wardrobe bed 160x200 + leather sofa, table and benches, stools, 50'' (125cm) flat screen smart TV on its cabinet with large storage space at your disposal.

Balcony: equipped with table and chairs + ashtray.

A private ski locker is at your disposal.

The top-of-the-range set is equipped in the same spirit: high-quality mattresses for increased comfort, hotel-quality duvets and pillows, well-stocked TEFAL cookware, quality utensils, matching decorative crockery (CASA).

Our apartment, which we wanted to be designed, refined, functional and warm, receives an original decoration, to offer you a comfortable stay, and to see you come back next year! It will be our greatest satisfaction.

For bedding hygiene, we provide disposable mattress pads for mattresses and pillows.

We also provide a set of welcome products, the list of which will be communicated to you.

Rental contract, welcome booklet, deposit €1,000, entry/exit protocol provided in the form of a checklist.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. The balcony allows you to do so.

Come and escape to the heart of the Cantal Massif, in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, between the Plomb du Cantal and the Puy Griou, in a 4-season family mountain resort.
