«First, if I could provide a half a star, I would. They followed through on my request for rose pedals on the bed. Fine establishment with a plethora of amenities. Professional staff and courteous service.
The only drawback I would say is the sauna. Considering the fees we pay for staying here, charging guest to use the sauna down to the minute comes off as ill represented of a 5 star resort. It's bothersome today how resorts and hotels attempt to squeeze every dollar out of guests even when ...

«I am giving our stay 5 stars. The check in & out was fast and staff are great. I do have 1 thing that did make stay less comfortable and that is the bed. The mattress in room 210 was not very comfortable and as and old lady it bothered my back. The bathroom does not latch closed & lock on it was useless. It did not matter to us as a couple.
