Beautifully located property on the lake, common areas were worn out , carpets, spa closed, gym not well ventilated, grounds were neglected outside common area lake side, rooms were old need to be refreshed, very nice bedding, towels, comfortable room space. Somewhere it should been noted the Spa was closed -being renovated. I would choosen the Hilton instead.

The Westin Lake Las Vegas is the best resort i have ever been. Nice, clean, quiet. The stuff... very friendly, especially at the frond desk. Me and my kids had amazing Mother's day there.

A great property with really good value for the money - I was surprised. It's out of the way so if it's all about the Casino's and you don't want to drive this probably isn't the place for you. If you like quiet and comfortable and plan to tour around and experience Nevada and the Las Vegas area, you'll be pleased. The Strip is probably only about 30 minutes away so not too bad.

Have stayed at this property in the past and always been very happy. This time we were put in a room with 2 double bed when I booked a king bed. They were very good about the mix up and changed our room no problem. New room was NOT clean. Old food and drinks left in the fridge from previous reservation. Crushed chips on the floor and long dark hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. Pretty disappointing trip this time!

The view was great, I didn’t like the fact that there was not enough parking both nights that we came back to the hotel late we had to drive around several times and we parked way in the back. Also, the shower was extremely small, there was no housekeeping services on Saturday we had no clean towels, we didn’t ask because when we got back to the hotel it was late. Also there was a lot of gnats by the windows like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time there was a build up of them by the curtains

Gorgeous entrance to the property with towering, perfectly-manicured palm trees lining either side of the drive. The lake view is stunning, and the pool is ample size. Breakfast at Rick’s was delicious - lox omelette with potatoes and Starbucks coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Dining options are really nice and offer great food. Staff was fine.

Less than half of the amenities were available. First room we got was dirty and things were broken. I requested a different room. One pool was completely shut down. So was the outdoor cafe/dining option. Pool area was like the Wild West, people just did what they wanted with no staff supervision or correction. Hot tub was down two times in a two day stay, and when it was working it was disgusting yellow. The market was only open in the morning. The gym was an afterthought in a room right outside the registration area. All in all it’s a resort that has a great setting, but needs help. Definitely not what I expected from the Westin brand

The grounds are nice but lots of trash around the edge of the water. Should be cleaned up. Rooms are pretty average/dated and we had numerous plumbing issues including having to run hot water for 15 minutes to get warm. Too expensive for the quality we received.
