Veldig greit hotell ikke langt fra "The Strip". Fint og stort bassengområdet. Hyggelig betjening på frokosten, bra rom og trenkngsrom. Bra opphold.

Low standard
To call this a resort, or even a hotel, is a stretch. Stayed 6 nights, not once was my room cleaned. No change of towels, making of bed, nothing. There are probably 50 or 60 places in Vegas you'd be better off with if you are in town for a vacation. During my entire stay the wifi was barely working. Could not connect via an Android device and sometimes my laptop went hours without service. Just overall 3rd world stuff.

I understand how you may have felt during your stay and we are going through great lengths to improve our Wifi reception. I am sorry you didn't have your room cleaned it is our policy to have a room cleaning scheduled at least once per 7 night stay. Since you stayed 6 nights it wasn't generated in our system. any guest is able to have their room cleaned they only need to call the front desk and ask for one regardless how many nights they are booked for. I apologize for any inconvenience you may have received.

Rent, fint og avslappende hotell
Så herlig hotell, til en ganske rimelig penge (sammenliknet med andre hotell i USA). Veldig fint og stort bassengområde. Utrolig bra renhold på rommene. Stille og rolig. Gratis buss til og fra The Strip, noe vi satte utrolig stor pris på (bare husk og gi litt tips til sjåføren av bussen). Det eneste negative er frokosten (som med all annen frokost på hotell i USA), og servicen i resepsjonen (ikke et eneste smil fra hun som sto der).

Irritation turned to joy
This is a hotel that is listed as a 3 star, seen in relation to the Mirage, Bellagio and the largest hotels in Las Vegas that may well be correct. But seen as a single hotel, I would say that it is much closer to four stars. We came to the hotel tired after a long road trip and discovers that there was no none smoke room left. (irritation) The booking was confirmed that we had said no smoke. After a bit of explanation from my part that it was none of us who smoked and it was not accepted that we got a smoking room. We got the possibility to look at the rooms and see if we would stay there one night and then switch. In the end we ended up with newly refurbished suites that they upgraded at no extra cost. The pool was open 24 hours a day. The buses went into the strip every hour free of charge with return. Kitchen with micro, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher. In another room washer and dryer all that you need to have a good time. Service was very good and the staff friendly. If you are not depending on to stay in the middle of the strip, book at this hotel. My clear choise for my next trip to Vegas.

Fine svømmebaseng
Rolig beliggenhet, 10 minutter til "Stripa". Fint basengområde. Interiøret begynner å bli slitent. Dørene går tregt. Måtte betale mye for nett tilgang! Nettet var svært tregt og var ofte nede.

I liked that I didn’t have to put in multiple requests for bedding/towels. Just the one time. Only thing I didn’t like was requesting for four towels for two bedroom suite, & only getting two.

The beds were very soft and probably need to be replaced. This is an old timeshare and the walls are very thin. We could hear the people next door and people walking around up stairs.We asked twice for towel exchange that never happened. There was a $25.00 plus tax charge that was never mentioned when checking in. Overall We would NOT recommend this place

She had to call housekeeping to check if the room was clean ..fine.. I stood there for 15 minutes. She finally called again. It was a quick ..it’s dirty..?uh you couldn’t have said that 10 minutes ago. The halls were dirty. I won’t come back here.

It was close enough to get to the venue we were going to by uber. Close to grocery stores. Just wish the pool was as warm as they said it would be. We were told 84 degrees. Overall we would stay again.

When we checked in they assigned a room to us that was already occupied, one of our towels was dirty and call for housekeeping to bring us more…they never brought us any. The bathtub faucet was turned sideways and when we turned the water on the knob was very loose and about to fall off. When we decided to check out and move to a different hotel, the desk clerks were not even helpful or accommodating. I will not recommend this hotel

Very good place, everything works fine and we definetely will come back. But, There was a good barbeque place but some customers? celebrates for example bithdays there with other customers cant use it then. No cleaning at six night stay.

Everything about the facilities are wonderful. The pool, exercise room, rooms are large and spacious, updated, covered parking, safety. They provide a shuttle to the Strip 4 Stars, wasn't happy about 4pm check in and 10am check out, an hour different from all other hotels I've stayed at
