The Space:
This is a newly remolded, AMAZING, house featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bath.

Really 15 min from Las Vegas blvd!! Check out GPS pictures in the pictures section. Close enough for all the fun you will like.
Our place is great for family's, Pets, Kids, and Babies. We are friendly to all.
If you need a crib, high chair, or anything else please ask before you arrive and give us at least 7 days to accommodate your needs.
The house have private parking!! Good for 4 cars or more. Great for RV's, boats or big trucks! (Street parking)

The place is super clean with a full time cleaning lady before check in and after check out. Very comfortable for a long stay and you can request extra cleaning during your stay (for a fee). You will have all you need and we will be happy to provide anything extra. The house has a roomy kitchen, nice size living room, new furniture, and lots of space for everyone to make themselves comfortable!

The kitchen is nicely loaded with everything you need to cook or bake and enjoy a nice dinner with your friends and family. Please ask in advance if you need anything else.
The yard has a BBQ.

We provide towels and anything else you will need for your stay.
Disposable tooth brush, tooth paste, disposable razors, shampoo and body wash, toilet paper, hand towels, and so much more. We have everything you need. If anything is missing please let us know and we will take care of it as soon as reasonable.

The living room has a 55" smart TV with a lot of free channels and Netflix.
All rooms has a personal TV.

We are always a message away and will be happy to help if you need anything during your stay. From recommendation, to extra items, to a fun night in town.

Normal check-in time is after 4 pm but we are flexible if the house available. Just ask in advance. Check-out is at 11am to allow cleaning for next guest but we are flexible if you ask in advance and there is no other guest checking-in. (early check in and late check out are available for a fee)

House is ready and just went through a complete remodel. Please let me know if we are missing anything and we will take care of it immediately.

You will be free to come in and leave as much as you like 24/7.
This city never sleeps and you shouldn't either.
You will be provided with your own door code and can explore the town on your own terms.

No parties or loud activities whatsoever. Please respect the property and the house to help the Airbnb community grow.

There will be a pet fee. Please look at the house rules or ask in advance. Please notify me when you bring a pet. For dogs $15S/$20M/$25L/$35XL per night per pet depending on weight. Other pets will be $20 per pet per night. I will send it to you after booking. Please send me the pet weight asap. If the pet fee request was not approved within 36 hours after requested the reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.

Please restrain from mentioning Airbnb or short-term rental to anyone you may meet, ask, or any of the neighbors. Due to the complexity of indoor fire and the need to be proficient enough to use, no fireplace use will be allowed due to fire hazards that it might cause. Trash pick-up is scheduled every Saturday. Please collect all your throwables and place them on the driveway where the trash collector can see them clearly.

The landscaping guy will visit every Thursday of the week.

Asking for a Gas tank is $45

There will be a $500 cleaning charge for smoking inside the house. Please avoid doing so.
Please ask for confirmation in advance before booking a last-minute booking (less than 36 hours in advance). Any last-minute booking might be subject to cancellation with no refund if it was not approved in advance. There will also be a fee for all last-minute bookings ($99.99), please ask in advance.

There will be a charge for renting a pack 'n play and a high chair. A high chair will cost $5 per night and a pack 'n play will cost $10 per night. Please let us know in advance so that we can prepare it and have it requested.

Please ask for confirmation in advance before booking one night's stay. Any one-night booking might be subject to cancellation with no refund if it was not approved in advance. There will also be a fee for all one-night bookings ($49-$99), please ask in advance.

For the AC:

1) Summer time: keep the thermostat at 74f degrees. (No less than 73*, it will freeze the lines and ac will stop working)

2) Winter: keep the thermostat at 67f. (No more than 70*, or the unit will heat up and ac will stop working)

3) Do not block the area where the furnace is or ac vents.

Our handy man will stop by from time to time to check the house, replace AC filters, and service anything that is needed. He'll need to gain access to the house. He will knock first and we'll do the best we can to inform you in advance. Please understand the nature of Airbnb/short term rental and welcome him.

Interaction with Guests:
The Property has security cameras placed in the front area, and in the back area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. In no way this infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Also, there are noise aware installed all around the property. It is set to inform use of any overly loud noises that would disrupt of neighbors. Please keep the noise levels down. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY ALLOWED IN OUR HOUSE. Please keep the noise levels down.
