The hotel is terrible! The floor is dirty, all my white socks turned black! I didn't walk barefoot, it’s disgusting! The faucets are awful, water keeps running and won't shut off. Cockroaches!! We killed several of them! The pool wasn't working! I will never come here again! It's a good thing there's a Deny's diner and an outlet nearby (if anyone needs it). It's an 8-minute drive to the city center.

It wasnt great but it wasnt terrible, it was a place to lay our heads down at night. Went my my family of 6 for a cornhole tournament but EDC was also at the same time so it was hard to get an affordable place so we settled on this one. Beds were comfy and had enough room for a blow up bed. Bathroom was different, not sure if it was handicap assessable but there was no "barrier" to keep water from going everywhere even though there was a drain on the floor and the toulet wasnt anchored into the floor so it wobbled. We arrived after 1 a.m. so had to call an emergency number to get us checked since no one is at the front all hours of the day. People seem to live there as well and the halls always smelled of weed even thought its a smoke free building. And the lights from the near by parking garage we so bright my kids always thought it was daytime. Its an ok place if youre in a pinch but wouldnt stay here again unless i had too

The unit I was in was worn, but very clean. Nice kitchen, good air conditioning, and was relatively quiet. There are a lot of homeless in the area, but I wasn't bothered by any of them. It's not the stip, it's more of the business/light industry part of Vegas and the area looks like that. I would stay here again.

Nice spacious rooms. The included kitchen is very handy if travelling with family/kids. The car rental center is just 10-min walk & location in general is very good.

If you need a place to stay that isn’t loud, isn’t flashy, has plenty of space, and a fridge, this is it. Late arrival was tricky, but security took care of us. Also close to car rental center, which was a nice plus.

Nice clean place
Nice clean place. Across the street from a large strip mall with lots of food choices. Unit (2 bed) we were in had the bare basics for cooking and only had place setting and towels for 2. Mostly quiet but walls are thin. Cost was very reasonable considering the NFR was in town. Would stay again

Wonderful place! Beds were comfy, refrigerator big enough to store lots of food, stove top allowed us to cook breakfasts and dinner. Saved us lots of $$ on those meals.

The property is in a good location close to shopping areas, eateries and gas stations However our room had a roach infestation and the hall smelled of marijuana. Although the hotel stated smoking cigarettes and marijuana are prohibited the rules are not enforced.

We stayed in the room right by the Boiler room and had a terrible night. The Boiler room makes really bad noises. Worst night ever and never again! We told the employees and the man said that no one ever complaint about noises from the Boiler room. Very funny. Maybe some employee should try to get some sleep around that room. The only good thing about that hotel is the price and thats it!

Simple but Did the Job
A very nice room, very basic, but clean and comfy. We loved the fact that it was so close to the rental return center. Made our departure simple. The security guard, Tom, was very nice and helpful.

The front desk closes at 9 p.m. and there's supposed to be someone that you can contact after hours and no one answered and i had to wait for 2 hours in the dirty lobby to check in.

The area was excellent with McDonald’s and chipotle right across the street. This hotel has everything you need for low budget. Ten minutes to the strip and only 7 minutes to the airport, 3 minutes to all major airport car rental return.
