Sentral beliggenhet men slitt hotell.
Planet Hollywood ligger veldig sentralt på The Strip. Hotellet er ganske slitt, og rommene gjenspeiler dette. WIFI er kun inkludert for 2 enheter noe som skaper problemer for en familie på 4. Shopping senteret i tilknytning til hotellet er veldig bra. Ekstremt høy musikk i casinoet.

Friskt pust on the strip
Etter er par mindre gode opplevelser på andre Hotel på «the Stip» var det en velsignelse å komme til Planet Hollywood. Rommet var rent, frisk luft, god seng. Alt virket som det skulle. Hyggelig betjening.

Planet Hollywood 4 netter
Helt greit hotell, plassert meget sentralt. Den sentrale beliggenheten fører også til støy, anbefaler hoteller på utkantene av the Strip, om du ønsker mindre støy. Gammelt hotell, så om du har allergi og / eller astma, ta med antihistamin, inhalator og andre nødvendige medisiner! Meget skittent teppe på rommet, og det er tepper over alt i hele hotellet. Ikke mulighet til å lufte rommet. Renholdet på rommet er bra, men det er et gammelt hotell og blant annet bærer badekaret og teppet preg av dette. Ta med god tålmodighet, da innsjekk-køen er ekstremt lang. Pass også på at ved bruk av maskinen til å sjekke inn, kan du få «du får mail når rommet er klart», men så er rommet egentlig klart. Sjekk heller inn hos en ansatt. Meget dårlig resepsjonstjeneste. Anbefaler at du gjør god research på forhånd, slik at du ikke trenger å oppsøke info/resepsjon. 99,99% av tiden er det ingen der, til at du kan spørre om ting. Resepsjonsområdet er kun bruk til innsjekk fikk jeg inntrykk av. Vi gikk innom flere av de nyere hotellene på the Strip, og de har bedre kvalitet på hotellene. Blant annet ikke så mye tepper, ordentlig resepsjonstjeneste og totalt sett bedre. Selv om disse hotellene du ser på filmer hele tiden (Caesar, Planet Hollywood osv.) kan føre til økt interesse for å bo der, vær obs på at det er gammelt! Skal du benytte deg av baggasjeoppbevaring, ha kontanter på deg. De skal ta tips både ved innlevering av baggasje og henting…

Everything was great except for the valet. It was sooooooooooo slow. We waited about 20 mins for our car to be brought up on more than one occasion. But the hotel and room was beautiful and very comfortable

The best part about this property is its at the strip. So everything was walkable. We have the room that has the fountain view and it was beautiful at nights. The bathroom is big and spacious but the bath tub has a hair in it. Housekeeping needs to do better especially regards to privacy. I was going to complain at the front desk when I checked out but the line was super long so we just left. But on the day of my checkout around 0930, housekeeping knocked and it woke us up. When i was about to get up and go to the door, the cleaning lady opened it and i was like hello??? Its only 0930 and you woke ms up. And she was like sorry and left. So i locked the door behind her and locked the security chain door and around 1050 they did it again and we were on our way out. Good thing the security chain is on where she wont be able to open it all the way. Im not sure how these people are tracking which rooms has checked out already but thats truly UNSAT. Im also going to send an email to the property. Do better.

Great location if you want to see more locations. Hollywood is central on the strip with lots of options for food and supplies for the room. Walgreens and ABC store are your best bets for affordable drinks and snacks. The room was very large and well maintained.

The room was not vaccumed, there was food and stuff on the floor, and in-between the night stands and bed. I called for house keeping and asked to have the room vacuumed and for more towels. They apologized and said they would send someone to clean and bring towels. We left and came back and we had new towels but they did not clean or vacuum. I called again and asked to speak to a manager, still no return call like they said. They never picked up our trash, the cans were over flowing in our room with trash.

Loved the room even though the carpet was a bit worn the view was gorgeous and having that much room all to ourselves and two bathrooms in the unit we could have had company and entertained for the evening. I wish that hotels would stop using cheap toilet tissue though, you Aren't the only one we stayed at Hilton FT Lauderdale in March for 600$ a night and their tissue was so bad I went to the store and bought a pack and people were commenting on their tissue when I got in the elevator bringing my own tissue back.

It was a horrible experience with PH this time. We stayed for two nights and no room service was performed. I requested the front office and still nobody came to clean the room. Didn’t have towels the next day. This was the 6th time I stayed in this hotel but this by far was the worst experience…

A quick Uber ride from the airport. Check-in was painless- fast, friendly service. Room had an amazing view and was clean. Large bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would stay again!

The plumbing was an issue for the toilet, we had to request new room keys due to the keys not working, and the bartenders in the center bar were very rude. On the plus side, Joel checked us in initially and was very pleasant and accommodating, and other staff were very nice.

The rooms are very spacious and the area is good and central. I didn't have a good experience to give a 5. I stayed three nights, the first night was fine. For the second night I requested a room change to one with a view of the street. The room they gave me was dirty, they gave me another room and I had to go down to the reception for another key, I went to work and I was very tired. The third night, when I returned again tired at 6 PM, the room was not made up. I wasted time on all these inconveniences and had to practice my patience. :-(

Location was great! Lots of dining and shopping options around us. Self parking is quite far and tricky at first as it is technically owned by the mall that it is connected to. Very clean, smoke smell was not bad. Staff was very kind and helpful. Would stay here again.
