Extremely noisy. Horribly crowded. Long lines.
Very noisy hotel, of course in the casino as expected but the walls in the rooms were so thin, could hear next room talking, fighting, sexing. Not comfy when you are there with kids. Reluctant to help change rooms, had to beg three times before they would let me upgrade.

The room itself is ok. No amenities. Bed is uncomfortable. No more free water bottles. Paid extra for an Eiffel Tower view and it was super loud. Loud music blasting until 2 am. Overall for the price is not bad but is not what it used to be.

Paris is a great property located just south of center strip. It offers tons of eating options and is walkable to other spots! Rooms were clean, elevators were fast. Checking in can be a challenge at certain times! Housekeeping crew was outstanding!

The view from our room was the best!!! The line to check in were a bit long, but the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly!! Will definitely stay at Paris again! We also enjoyed the pool area!

Check in line was long and slow. Ended up figuring out the self check in system by myself. Missed the opportunity to speak to front desk staff to discuss any possible upgrades, hotel info etc. Room was nice but situated in the Ballys building that is being renovated. Woken up every day at 7am to construction and beeping. Didnt realize when booking, that this was going to be a part of our stay. Our overall stay was good. Like the location of the Paris. Used the self checkout. Unable to verify if charges to my credit card are valid.

The process of checking appears to be quite slow, possibly due to insufficient staffing, resulting in consistently long waiting lines. When I contacted the help desk through the app, the service I received was unsatisfactory. As a result, I found myself in a lengthy queue for a simple issue that could have been easily resolved over the phone.

I found the pool to be great and wide open but there was very little shelter or umbrellas for when the sun was really beating down. Unless you wanted to rent a cabana for a ridiculous amount of money. The building and interior design is great. At first it was hard to get around since it's very large but once you get to know the shortcuts, it was great. Food was on the expensive side but so is every hotel. I would stay here again.

Hotel is still in my opinion,one the best in Las Vegas…. A bit odd that to go to my room i had to walk through the Horseshoe Hotel next door which also was a long walk.

Valet is $40 a day even if you’re a guest, room advertised is not the room I received on check in, stain on sheets, room service was not available and the menu is full. Staff was very friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Prior to checking in we were told that our rooms could be near each other however this did not happen. When my wife checked in she informed the lady at guest services about our request. The rep said “ we can’t accommodate your request” my wife stated “ I was told an hour ago this can be done”. The lady responded “ Well that was a hour ago”. Therefore one family in our group was placed in a totally separate tower. This caused a huge inconvenience in our family plans. I don’t understand why our request couldn’t be made and feel like the lady wasn’t willing to even try to help us out. It’s not okay to be rude to customers and make promises that you can’t keep. Please do better !Thank you.

Our check in time was very late so the hotel was advised prior to our arrival. Once we arrived I wanted to express self check in and was told my room was not available at 11pm at night. I had to wait in quite a line, but Heather was very sweet and helpful to get us checked in. Our room was facing the bellagio fountain and construction. The view was obstructed by the cloudy dirty windows in our room. We’ve stayed here twice and second experience was not as great as the first.
