STAY AWAY!!
We got a non smoking room but the room was smelling very strongly of smoke and some cleaning substance to try to cover up the smell. The ground was very sticky (probably from the chemicals they sprayed to try to cover up the smell) and my shoes kept sticking to it while I walked. I had paid for a two night reservation and I immediately left the room and went to the front desk for a refund. The front desk associate, Patricia, was nice and said I had to contact expedia and then expedia would call the hotel so we could receive the refund. Expedia called the hotel and then notified me that they would have to talk to the manager, Tessi in the morning. The next day, Expedia notified me and said Tessi would not give me a refund.
Terrible room experience, poor customer service, waste of time trying to get a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I was surprised how bad it was as the rating for the hotel was not that bad. I would rather sleep in my small car than stay at this hotel.
I dont like to do reviews and this is my first one - I just wanted to help others not make the same mistake!
