If you’re looking for a nice hotel close to the airport (and even closer to the rental car return) this is the place to stay. It’s safe, clean, quiet and super convenient for travelers.

Rude staff at check in, not friendly at all. When asked if she was having a bad day because we were not greeted with a welcome, she still did not correct her negative behavior. Will not stay at this hotel again.

It was good stay but they were short staffed and didn’t have anyone to run the shuttle in the morning to the airport. They did call a cab but they didn’t have a big enough vehicle available to accommodate our party. Had to get an Uber but they did pay for that. Just a lot of hassle first thing in the morning when your trying to get to the airport in time to catch our flight.

Clean, plenty of space, yummy free breakfast, and friendly staff. Parking was great! We could see our car from our rooms window which made us feel extra safe! Area there feels safer for families too.

Expedia put me and my child into a smoking room… absolutely disgusting. Room stunk! Front desk told me Expedia will put you into a smoking room if a hotel has one. That’s what happened!

The website stated shuttle service from the airport but the shuttle only runs once per hour. That’s very inconvenient.

Very poor communication. I called three times to talk about getting a spot on the airport shuttle (including twice while I was at the baggage carousel) and was only told on the third call it was a once per hour service and that we would need to wait 45 minutes for the next shuttle which was too long for us at midnight after a long travel day. 5 minute Lyft ride from the airport was expensive (US$30). Messages I sent to the hotel via Expedia messaging and the hotel website's chat feature never received a response. The hotel room was clean and comfy for a one night stay. Breakfast spread was quite typical for the US. Hotel unfortunately uses disposable cups and plates for breakfast which is wasteful.

It was ok, and definitely a good location, but there were some dirty corners in my room and hallway. Seems like it needs a rehab. Good amount of space for a hotel stay. Inconvenient elevator. Good price. Mixed bag!

Comfort and spacious stay
This was the perfect getaway stay off the strip but still close to all of the action. The staff was super friendly and when I requested extra towels at the front desk on my way to my room, someone was waiting for me at the room with the towels when I got there.

The staff is phenomenal . The property needs many updates such as all the molding, the doors had many chunks broken out, the molding is really gross and damaged, the tub had a chunk out of it, the bathroom was dirty in every corner- black- and the doors were filthy and water damaged. The mirrored closet door was cracked! The edge of the walls were broken and black everywhere along all walls. Needs remodeling very badly. The carpeting is the only part updated. The couch cushions had cuts in them. The hard floors were sticky, and the kitchens could use a few more conveniences like paper towels,a blender.

We were excited when we saw the room first impressions great we checked in and left when my son went to use restroom there was water all over the floor from leaking toilet the toilet did not look clogged but there was water everywhere he went fly soon as he stepped on floor you couldn’t see at first it was just awful having to leave and no apologies nothing no refund experienced the front desk lady Ricky be extremely rude to guest at check in.
