A sparkling private pool and a rejuvenating sauna.

A relaxing hot tub, maintained at 95 degrees F (35 degrees C) and adjustable up to 104 degrees F (40 degrees C) during use.
There is no need to turn it off when finished.

Note: The pool is not heated.

No lifeguard is on duty;
swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

We kindly ask that you park inside the garage whenever possible and return the garage remote upon checkout.

Stay connected with 1 Gbps ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming, gaming, and video calls.

HVAC System:
For your comfort and system efficiency, the AC and heating are set between 70–77 degrees F (21–25 degrees C).
To prevent the unit from malfunctioning, please do not set the AC below 70 degrees F (21 degrees C).

House Rules and Policies
Quiet Hours:
9 PM – 9 AM.
These hours are strictly enforced to respect our neighbors.

No Parties:
Loud music and unregistered guests are not permitted.
Rule violations or police dispatch will result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $500 fine.

Non-Smoking Property:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home.
Outdoor smoking is permitted; please dispose of butts responsibly.

Age Requirement:
Minimum age of 21 to book.
The primary guest must be present for the entire duration of the stay.

Local Residents:
We do not accept reservations from Las Vegas residents.

No BBQ:
Please note that there are no BBQ facilities available at the property.

Outside Vendors:
Vendors such as private chefs require prior written approval from the host. Unauthorized setups may result in immediate eviction.

Security:
For your safety, a security camera is active at the front entrance.

Maintenance and Care
Routine Upkeep:
Brief visits (10–30 min) from landscaping or pool maintenance staff may occur for routine upkeep.

Trash Collection:
Thursday. Please place bins at the curb on Wednesday evening.

Cleaning Policy:
Please treat our home with respect. If excessive cleaning or professional stain removal (linens, furniture, etc.) is required beyond the standard service, a fee of $75 per hour will apply.
