* No Parties or Events – This is not a party house. Any kind of event is strictly prohibited, as we want to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

* Guest Limit – A maximum of 12 guests is allowed at the property at any time, both indoors and outdoors.

* Smoking Policy – Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please enjoy the beautiful backyard for smoking. If any odors or signs of smoking are found inside, a $500 fee will be charged for deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

*Guest Count – The number of guests in the house must always match the number in your reservation.

* Security Cameras – For your safety and ours, security cameras are installed outside the property only.

* Check-In/Check-Out Flexibility – Need an early check-in or late check-out? Please reach out 24 hours in advance. Availability depends on prior reservations and may incur an additional fee. Unapproved late check-out will result in a $100 fee.

* Quiet Hours – Quiet hours start at 9 PM. Per the city’s rules for Str, all backyard activities must end by that time to ensure a peaceful neighborhood.

Lots of space for family

This house was perfect for a family like ours that needed extra space. The location was nice, very close to grocery stores. The pool was nice on hot days. I will say though that his house needs extensive repair. A window was broken, dishwasher broken, toaster broken, pool table also extensively broken along with pool cues, the back doors broken locks, which gave us concern. I could go on with more to list. We noticed almost everything was broken in some capacity. I hope the owner makes the repairs he said he was already aware of. Overall, it was a good space, plenty of room, and we enjoyed cooking our own food, and enjoyed swimming in the pool.

The property in its day would have been very nice great location but the place really needs to have a load of work done to it. The back door dose not lock and we had to keep the door locked with X2 sticks the bins where fulll and stank the whole place out. Hubbard doors were hanging off. electrical appliances such as the toaster did not work. the pool was nice but really needed a proper clean which I had to do. the dishwasher was full of stagnant water and stank. kitchen draw handles where falling off I could go on but you get the picture!!!!! the pictures look great when you book but where taken when the property was in a good order. the pool table is Rubish no working cues. this place is a joke don't stay hear

I don't even know where to begin... I guess I'll start by saying that the house itself was beautiful... but that's the only positive thing I can say.Two of the stairs had duct tape on them, the towel holder in the bottom bathroom came off, one of the buckets that catches the balls on the pool table was broken, one of the handles on a shelf in the kitchen was falling off, the dishwasher was broken, the fan in one of the rooms would violently shake when turned on, the closet mirror in another room was seriously off track, the pool wasn't clean, the number to contact the host was incorrect, and the trash in the garage was not taken out so the entire house smelled like garbage. It was so bad that I had to open the garage to help dissipate the smell when we were home. But once the garage was closed it was back to smelly trash land. And I have photos and videos to prove all this.What I don't get is how there are no reviews for this place? Is it new? There is no way a property with THIS many issues has no one talking about it. Had I known this property had all these issues I would have never rented it. I was not happy with this rental at all.
