Enjoyable 2 days in Vegas
2 nights I Las Vegas on our way to Phoenix. Lots of things to do, good restaurants and bars. Good location next to the Bellagio with the beautiful water concerts. Quite busy with a lot of people for Christmas vacation, but all in all a good experience.

The charges for everything are excessive. We were double charged for parking when our ticket was supposed to be for 24 hours. You couldn’t even make a cup of coffee in the room without being charged outrageous prices. Having been to Vegas numerous times, I expected more from Caesars

There were several items in the room that needed repair. Nothing major, but simple stuff didn't work (one of the faucet, the toilet paper holder, a light in the mirror, the phone, no soap, no internet, etc.). I may have just had a bad room, but my individual experience wasn't impressive.

This place was over rated. The pool closed way early the sun is still up and they close off the pool. They had to slippers or robes. Everything was over priced for a standard service. They offered an upgrade which end up being someone else's room and we end up accidently walking into that room. And when we approach fron desk they gave up another "upgraded" room which end up being floors lower. So unsure if it was even an upgrade. The stay was ok. I wouldn't stay there again. All hype average service

This is a very convenient hotel being right in the strip. My room had a scratch on the headboard of the bed which wasn't very professional considering the money that was spent.

express check-in was not available for us, so we had to wait in line for 20 min and rushed through by rep we could barely hear. check in counter should be in a quieter spot. beautiful hotel. opulence everywhere; casino floor, outside, the pools, the shopping Forum. the room: meh. a let down after walking through all that gandeur.

Shower had mold and no water pressure, furniture looked like it was picked up at yard sales very beat up, sheets had holes and cigarette burns, mystery stains on the walls notified staff and nothing was done in hind sight shouldve upgraded or stayed some where else

I will not be staying here again. Check-in and check-out process is extremely slow. Self check-in is useless. Headboard was damaged and in poor condition. I requested extra towels before leaving the hotel because they didn’t service the room the day before and the towels never came.

On checkout I was asked and I agree to an upgrade to a nicer room. For three days I was unable to come to WIFi . When I checked out from my room , I realized that I was handed out a wrong room key during check in proces ( I was given key for a room 230 , my friend that checked in at the same time was given my key-room 226) Bottom line, I ended up with my buddy’s pool tab and his parking fees. I ll think twice before I ever stay at this property. Very disappointed

Caesar’s Palace is centrally located on the Strip and offers an array of excellent restaurants & high end shopping. However the rooms themselves could use some attention, particularly given the price. Our bed was comfortable but the mattress cover was torn. The bathroom was spacious but there were stains on the wall & rust/mold in the corners. Also no free water or coffee. There was a $36 coffee option in the mini bar. $36 for hotel room coffee!!

Love Caesars. I have stayed here several times, most recently mothers day weekend. A little disappointed there were several elevator issues as well as one of the pools being closed.

Our room was pretty gross, dirty. Bodily fluids on our window, hair in the shower and pills all over our floor. Also, our stay was during the week so keep in mind not all pools are open during this time.
