The 902-square-foot condo is thoughtfully designed for up to 5 guests:
--Two private bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, closet, and full privacy
--Two full bathrooms: One is an ensuite connected to the master bedroom, offering privacy and convenience. The second bathroom is located right across from the second bedroom, making it easily accessible for guests staying there as well as anyone in the living room. This layout is especially practical for families or groups who want to get ready at the same time without waiting.

--For your safety and peace of mind, a security camera is installed at the front door. This outdoor camera is used solely for safety and security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. We do not actively monitor the footage, but it may be reviewed if an incident occurs or if requested by law enforcement.
This setup works especially well for two couples, a small group of friends, or a family. While the sofa bed is fine for short stays, it may not be as comfortable as the main beds for long-term guests.

We understand guests value flexibility. We try our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, but due to the high volume of last-minute bookings, we cannot confirm these in advance.
Early check-in can only be confirmed the day before arrival, depending on whether the night before is booked and whether the cleaning schedule allows.
Late check-out is even more difficult to guarantee. For example, we once approved a noon check-out, but a same-day booking was made at 11 AM with a 4 PM check-in, causing major conflicts.
Our cleaning team follows a strict route during busy seasons and cannot adjust times easily. We appreciate your flexibility and will always try our best to accommodate you.

We communicate through platform messaging (VRBO/Airbnb) to ensure timely responses. Hosting is our part-time role, so we may not always be reachable by phone or text. However, messages through the platform are closely monitored and responded to promptly.
All payments are securely handled by the platform. Neither the host nor the property owner receives payment directly until after you check in. This adds an extra layer of protection for both guests and hosts.
