I made a reservation for a king size bed and they gave me a 2 queen size bed without even notified me, when I get to my room the key wasn’t working and when finally one staff lady helped me to open the door I noticed that the room was 2 queen bed, I went to the front desk to report about the room key and my king bed and all the lady told me was that when I made the reservation Expedia new that the king bed room was already booked so, she didn’t even apologized, I asked for a replaced room key and she said she will bringing to my room, really bad service,

I probably would not stay there again. It is in the middle of an industrial area there are no dinning places close by. The cost was about the same as other places. When I selected it I just got tired of looking around for places to stay and settled on this one. Our room was pretty clean and staff was OK too.

Nice property, however, I did not feel the parking area was safe. I had to park way in the back. It made me so uncomfortable. I am loaded down with my personal items, in vehicle. Moving process.

Very easy to find and convenient parking. However the pool was not clean. It was early in the season but had had wanted to do some laps and there were candy wrappers and plastic in the pool.

Property was really nice and clean. Breakfast is really nice, rooms are upgraded. Will definitely stay here again if needed. Close to casinos and shopping areas. Staff was friendly and nice. Always smiling.

The highway traffic was not conducive for sleep! I requested a quiet room 5 days prior to arrival. I didn’t sleep at all! The next day requested a quiet room and I was told the room was ready after 5p. I switched room tried to see if any different- Nope!! I left and still had to pay for the night in a room I never used!

The employees were very friendly and kind. We were facing the busy street, so we did have road noise at night. Do not book through Expedia! I was told by the hotel my rate was $99.78 per night, and I paid $117 to Expedia. They were not willing to give me the $40 difference, in any form. Not customer service friendly.

Great hotel. Modern rooms and decor. Excellent breakfast. The front desk staff and kitchen staff were very kind and helpful. Food was served warm and was very tasty. The only complaint I have is there is a factory/warehouse on the west side of the building. One morning, there it’s of trucks in and out about 6AM. Made for a rude awakening. Other than that the place was wonderful.

The check in staff was very efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. Breakfast has enough choices, and good quality. The room was not soundproof enough, we can hear people talking, walking pass our door. The location of the hotel could be better, the surrounding was quite dark and scary. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was great for the price, very spacious. The beds were clean, no bugs. But almost all the towels had little hairs on them, like someone had shaved and used the towel. But they were folded as if they had been washed. It was weird, and I had to air dry after my shower cause all of the towels had other peoples stubble hairs on them. So just a heads up to check the bathroom.
