Best hotel in Vegas
Excellent hotel, clean, everything you need, great casino, great pool, great rooms, fantastic gym, app for checking in and out, attentive staff, great location. 5/5 for me, thanks for a terrific stay.

Flott hotell
Veldig fint og stort hotell. Rommet var stort og flott, med utsikt over byen. Lang kø ved innsjekk, prøvde å bruke hotellets app til å sjekke inn selv, men den ville ikke registrere etternavnet mitt som inneholder en Æ, uansett om jeg prøvde engelske varianter. Viste seg at jeg burde brukt ? i stedet. Synes det var ubehagelig at det var mulig å røyke inne på Casinoet, særlig da gjesteheisen var forbi Casino. Dette trekker litt ned på opplevelsen. Skulle også ønske det var bedre tilbud om frokost på hotellet. Flott og stort bassengområde.

The location was great and we used the tram to get between locations a lot. The casino was fun and busy, and the dining options were good. Make sure you have a reservation! Service around the pool was also convenient and fast.

I booked a room with a view of the strip and didn’t get that. When I contacted the front desk they said oh sorry we don’t have any available. Mind you a room view is not a basic room

Overall it was ok. The room was not worth what we paid. The housekeeping staff never came and cleaned and we were there 3 nights. Staff at the casino were friendly.

I was expecting so much from Aria and it wasn’t that bad. Just the staff was not as nice, I booked a double queen and got a king room because “they where out of queen rooms”.

Decent hotel, ate at the steakhouse and had terrible service and food. Very disappointed. Server even made us run our own credit card. Nasty woman.

Charged $50 per room per stay for just putting the leftovers from the restaurant in the mini bar. Didn’t eat or drink anything from it. Next time we’ll order less in their restaurants, or stay elsewhere, lots of nice hotels in Vegas.

The property is well situated on the Strip and is generally clean and safe. I cannot believe however that in 2024, smoking is still permitted on the property and also, they don’t recycle! It’s unconscionable for so many reasons. The VIP amenities are not worth it, as the 30.00 credit won’t buy you two drinks and the room upgrades are limited. Housekeeping services did not come and clean our room and refresh our towels despite multiple calls. The biggest irritant is the fact that the mini fridge in your room is used for overpriced in room drinks and cannot be used for anything you purchase. To get a mini fridge for personal use it costs 50.00 per day! Pool and gym were both great and Mary at Concierge services was fantastic in helping us to book show tickets and get dinner reservations. Unlike virtually every other casino we visited, this one does not have 10 or 15 dollar tables and has limited choices in table games so beware. Also, the poker tournament was a little suspect, because entrants were arriving 30-90 minutes late and were still allowed to play! This is my second time to Aria and might consider staying somewhere else next year.

Nicely appointed, great location, clean, good staff. But charging $25 for a bottle of water or $40 for some sun block, on top of $50 resort fee, isnt what good hospitality looks like for me. Also priced out of gaming with $25 min bets and 6/5 blackjack I ended up not gaming at my home casino.

Bel emplacement je ne crois pas par contre que le prix élevé de l’hébergement en vaut vraiment la peine versus les autres hôtels de la strip pour en avoir fait plusieurs autres hôtels. Mais bon hôtel en général mais nous allons en essayer un autre la prochaine fois.

When we checked in to the room There where cleaning rags left on top of the desk.The shelves were dirty not cleaned well The top of the headboard was really dirty,and the restroom was missing some hardware by the toilet,the caulking around the restroom was missing around the shower. Overall the room was really cheap feeling when we got there it seemed that we where at a 2 star hotel.Ive stayed here before but this time it was very sad experience.

In general, the hotel is not bad. I did not like the design, everything is very dark. The hotel room was not clean, dust and hair everywhere. Great pool area. Lots of other hotels nearby, getting around is easy and convenient. But next time I would not stay in this hotel.

We stayed at the property for two nights. The first night was great, but the second night was a nightmare! ALL night long, the hotel next to our room had a pool party with a very loud DJ and massive speakers. The music shook our room and we were not able to sleep ALL night! I called down to the front desk and they said, "Would you like ear plugs?".
