The only issue was the construction going on in the property. It made the place look messy and frankly unattractive. The hotel did offer discounts to surrounding events as a way to make up for the inconvenience of the construction but the hotel was nice and clean.

Tried selling us time shares on arrival …. Not interested. Maid service was ok. Once a week cleaning. Found Bell service uninterested in actually helping out. To get a taxi…. Scan a QR code. No one really interested in putting any effort into customer service. Dining room table was dirty with yuck still on the table. Handicap room was really not. Unable to get mechanical lift under the bed base. Shower had an attached shower plank that was user unfriendly. Needed to order a bath bench. One wheelchair room had pathetic water pressure available and needs correcting. One room personal safe had no batteries and was non functional upon arrival— was corrected. I was not aware of the amount of construction near the site and would not have booked if we had known in advance. Would not recommend. Find something else on the strip.

I had an amazing time, suites are spacious and very welcoming. We didn’t mind not having a parking in the property because there’s an extra parking behind hotel which work out well for us. Highly recommended

This hotel has seen better days and is in dire need of a refresh. There is construction all around the hotel, and the construction noise starts very early in the morning. My wife and I were woken up every morning of our 4-night stay, between 5:20 am and 7:00 am. According to the hotel staff, Las Vegas has no restrictions on how early work can begin, so this can be a major problem for guests who need to sleep late after a night of partying. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean.

I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 14 days. I recommend the hotel. I appreciate the amenities and excellent location within walking distance of the Las Vegas strip. There is a lot of construction around this hotel so there’s additional walking due to the construction and parking is difficult. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. There is a Target and Walgreens in close proximity of the hotel. I would stay here again

Booked a 2 bedroomn deluxe suite, non smoking. However the room reeked of smoke. We were never offered fresh towels, the toilet was bubbling for some reason. Overall it was just ok.

we were looking for nothing but a quiet and peaceful place for my family to relax in Las Vegas but this place turn out to be the worst after all. The construction site is noisy start from 6am all the way to 12 am!!! The balcony glass is so thin that I feel like I live right at the street. Couldn’t sleep at all. I report to the hotel they just said it’s not their fault that the construction going on. Well the poor sound proof is, and there is no makeup to the guest at all too.

This is estimated to be a 15 month project. During this time, we invite you to consider other Hilton properties in Las Vegas. Though we missed the mark during this stay, sure hope you will consider us again after completion and enjoy the new shopping and dining options in the immediate area and allow us to provide a more pleasant and relaxing stay. We were not informed at reception about the fact that the rooms were not serviced everyday we were there for 7 nights and they serviced our room once. I think you could ring and request extra towels etc but we were not told about it and there was no info in the room to explain anything.

I was very disappointed because no came into clean the room except one day out of the 8 days I was stay at the hotel. I would like for the be clean every day. That made very dissatisfied of the cleaning staff.

Upon arrival was told that the parking lot in the property was full as well as valet parking . The hotel staff suggested us a couple places to park close to the strip however you have to walk back to the hotel. Very inconvenient given the facts that we also arrived super late due to the flight was delayed.

I loved how the room was really big , sadly didn’t get a room where the balcony was facing the street but was still a nice view!! The store was really convenient and the area for Uber pick up and drop off was VERY easy to do , I recommend this hotel and I would stay here again !

I was surprised that I had to pay $158 extra in amenities in which I didn’t use a single one and that they charged me $250 to my credit card in case I wrecked the room. So the savings I thought I had saved by staying there flew out the window. I just needed a room to rest and they charged me extra which luckily I was able to pay but never staying there ever again. The $158 charges and the $250 charges were never disclosed to me. It did put a dark cloud on my trip. Oh, the wifi kept going off and the TV too.

I’ve been to Vegas more times than I can count but have never stayed here. Moving forward this will be my go to spot since I now have a daughter. I love that it’s smoke free, no casino, has a mini mart inside, full kitchen inside the rooms, outdoor splash pad, gym and so close to the center of the strip. Not to mention the front desk service was top tier. Loved my stay!

This is a former timeshare property. The furniture in the room was ugly and the couch did not even support sitting on it. There was no soap by the bathroom sink. You had to go over to the shower to use the body soap. Would not stay there again.

The Polo Towers was great! So many good things to write about. Check-in: we arrived quite early in the day (11:00ish). Check in isn't until 4:00. We really weren't relishing the idea of walking around the Strip with our bags for 5 hours. The Guest Services Rep was extremely helpful in allowing us to get our room so early in the day. Thank you! The process was quick and easy. The room: Our room was exactly as described - the 1 bedroom king suite. The kitchenette area and dining area were greatly appreciated. It was very clean and nicely appointed All necessary things were provided (plates, glasses, silverware, etc.) It made our time there some much more enjoyable! The pool: The pool area was so nice! Among the top reasons we chose to stay here. Water was warm and clean; the deck was inviting and the chairs were plentiful. The view from the observation area was amazing! The attention from staff: The staff were fantastic! Jamie, Christina, Hailee, Ata, Amber, Jessa . . . I would occasionally receive text messages from them asking if I needed anything, from new towels to trash pickup. They were truly amazing in the steps taken to provide everything we needed for a pleasant stay. In fact, I was highly impressed by the attention we got. In my opinion, they went way above and beyond what was expected. I cannot say "thanks" enough!

While the hotel is tucked away, its still conveniently located by the strip. We were able to walk around to where we needed to. They were able to let us check in earlier than we expected which was nice considering we had so much luggage. Check in was easy and asked if we wanted to receive text messages from staff in case we needed anything. They checked on us every night asking if we might need any replenishments on toiletries. The only reason i am giving them 3 stars overall is because the last night of our stay i found a cockroach by my belongings. I was disgusted. I wish i could say i would stay again, especially being that the hotel was in a decent area and was fair priced compared to the other hotels, but the friendly visit has changed my mind.

It was close to everything, if not there's buses not far from the location, that can take you up and down the majority of the strip, like it can go up to Fremont Experience, you can purchase a bus pass for $8.00 it lasts 24 hours a day... And if you forgot something from home, due to Airline policies, with 3 oz or less fluid allow on the plane, and you are in for a longer stay, you can leave it and you are only 50 yards away from Target and Walgren to get anything you want from snacks or tooth brush to deodorant etcs.. get it from there, save you some trouble. This is a great timeshare/Hotel, it's very convenient. They have just about everything or information. Rooftop swimming pool, they have a beautiful view of course especially at night., they have a bbq grill. to save money from going to the restaurants Me and the Wife was there for her birthday and stayed only 4 nights. Will be back for sure to Polo Tower , We loved every moment there . I can't really name anything bad about it , Other than getting too much duplicate text messages asking about if needing room clean, over and over, and check out time day before and reminding us the day of , Me and Wife found a humor in it, by saying to our selves, they in a hurry kicking us out :) Thank you for everything Polo Tower
