Har bodd her før. Men nå er det slitent. Hadde flott rom. Men fløya vi bodde i hadde 6 heiser, 4 stod samtidig en dag, noe som visstnok bar vanlig i følge en stamgjest. Vi bodde i 5. og tok derfor nødutgang ned. Der lå det brukte kondomer, papir med blod, klær og møkk. Hadde ikke fått kaffekapsler en dag når de gjorde rent. Ringe gjesteservice, som viser seg å være en felles tjeneste for mange hotell. Etter litt venting får jeg svar om at hotellet er tom for dette. Noe jeg gar vanskelig for å tro at et hotell med rundt 4000 rom plutselig går tom. Spurte etterhvert hun som gjorde rent rommet, vips fikk jeg dobbelt opp… Hadde premium-rom. Burde definitivt vært gjort noe med bakre fasade, så ikke ut som man kan se på bildet…

Smoking in the premises is pretty crappy, people have allergies and the entire hotel smelled of smoke despite rooms being smoke free. Additionally the room itself was sub par. We received an "upgrade" to two twins from a king sized bed and the room was dirty with a shower that couldn't be shut, broken tiles all along the walls, and no ability to not splash water all over the floor due to the door not being slidable or shutable. The shower control was had to use and nearly falling off with no idea of hot vs cold. The fridge was broken and didn't cut on at all. The instructions for key drop off or checking out or in are insufficient. The kiosk didn't work for check in and basically forced me to go back into the gigantic line. The checkout process wasn't readily listed in the room which results in extra calls to the front desk tying up staff or additional questions for staff members along the way. Hire a UX Specialist to improve the flow of the hotel check in/out process to maximize efficiency and enjoyment of your patrons. Simple fixes could save you millions per year and make you even more. Feel free to reach out if you want a consultation from one.

Had never stayed at the flamingo before, but we were very satisfied with the property :) We stayed in a Flamingo Premium Room! It was pretty & very clean. We went during a busy time but check in lines were still moving fast. Would def stay here again.

Property is close to other hotels, which is good. Parking is bad. No signs pointing to parking garage. Room wifi is extremely slow. It is not worth paying the daily $50 resort fee for it.

Once the parking ramp was figured out, super easy to park as the entrance is not off of the main drag, instead it’s off of Tropicana. The view from the 19th floor was terrific too.

Upon arrival at the Flamingo Hotel, my initial experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel had overbooked rooms, leading to a chaotic and frustrating start to my trip. Despite booking a room with a Strip view and a king bed, I was given a room with two queen beds overlooking a less than appealing alleyway. The room was in a state of disrepair, with broken outlet covers and a general lack of cleanliness. To put it into perspective, I have stayed in a Clarion hotel room with visible stains on the pillow and found it less upsetting than this experience. The room was not worth a $50 price tag. When I voiced my concerns, the apology I received felt insincere and dismissive, reminiscent of Tony Hayward’s infamous apology on South Park. However, the story took a turn for the better when a friend suggested I contact Expedia. The representative I spoke with was nothing short of a saint. She contacted the hotel on my behalf and managed to secure a new room for me by 2 pm the next day. This experience highlighted the value of having an agent on your side in such situations. I will certainly be booking through Expedia in the future and give them a well-deserved five-star rating for their exceptional customer service. As for the Flamingo Hotel, while their customer service left much to be desired, I must give credit where it’s due. The hotel’s location is excellent, earning it a five-star rating in that regard. Overall, I would rate my experience at the Flamingo Hotel Half a star

Hotel is run down, bathroom kept getting backed up even when no toilet paper was being thrown in. Had to call maintenance several times thought our stay. Hotel room is dirty. Layers of dust is seen in the corners of the room, around the bed and closet. Elevator are glitching, there was no hot water in shower. It was a terrible experience will not stay here again

The room is newly renovated, very clean room, bathroom, carpet and hallways too. Beds are comfortable and new. Staffs are very nice and friendly especially Tiffany who helped us in checking out. Our room never had hot water for all three days. The room is renovated but the taps both sink and shower were falling off as well as shower door handle. The bag man was amazing and informative check in was quick for the amount of people. The pool is amazing but the drinks are way over priced. Food is reasonable priced. A cabana is ver overpriced. Get there at 8:30 to get a free chair.

I only rated 4 stars overall because we were told to use our hotel keycard to get out of the parking garage, it did not work and we had to pay for parking again to get out. We did get upgraded to a suite for a great price which was awesome! Will stay there again though.

Due to traffic conditions we arrived after 12am, I had already reached out to Flamingos front desk and they assure me the room we paid for was going to be available, instead first nite we slept in a king size bed room, bathroom was not working properly, it was super small. Second day we are given a two queen bed room, restroom had mold and yellow stuff on the shower. TV was not working property remote control batteries, were super low. Ironing board was broken. Lastly, parking, we overpaid parking we don’t know we had to scan the room key (last two days we did) but still scanner wasn’t working. I’m about to call and get a refund on those overpaid fees. I believe I overpaid for this room as well.

This hotel no longer has a concierge and according to the staff haven't had one since covid. There is no front desk information about the Monorail, events, pool events, food options etc. I could be spending money at the establishment but, there was zero information at the hotel and the people working there were not friendly. It was honestly a horrible experience, and the people working there were really rude when I tried to just ask for directions.I would get AI text from their virtual concierge after I had complained about it. Please provide a centralized place at your facility for general information about the hotel. If possible please also fix your elevators, people were constantly getting suck having to go to the 25th floor and back down because your scanners in your elevators are broken.

Forgettable experience. Not a single water bottle, no coffee maker, dirty/old room and very little shampoo, conditioner and soap. $500-700 dollars a night, you would expect much better than this. Will not recommend to anyone.

Swimming pools were very nice, convenience to restaurants, high roller, the strip and the tram was great! There was no coffee pot in the room had to go downstairs and buy $6 cup of coffee, food options were good but expensive, 21 pool was very loud and many people chose to go to the smaller family pool because of the loudness
