Excellent hotel in a great location, the breakfast in the morning made by Jimmy is amazing and the drinks aswell by the guy are great. The hotel as a whole is nice and new and clean and with everything you need. Not expensive so well worth the money. Enjoy please.

The beds are not comfortable but the person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I think in all this hotel is a little over rated.

Wonderful Small Hotel
A lovely small hotel.. very spacious room with balcony and large shower / bathroom. Everything was spotless and clean. Very friendly staff and welcoming from day of arrival. Food at breakfast very good with a good selection of food available... lovely outside courtyard area for seating / eating. Would definitely come back here. Great location as in city centre and close to everything. Short walk to the beach.

Locked out of room at late arrival. No apology.
Despite contacting the hotel multiple times before our trip to advise of our intended arrival time, we arrived out of hours (4am) and had no access to our room. We had been advised and given assurances that the room key would be left on reception for our arrival. Other keys were there for other guests, but not ours. Nobody was answering the hotel emergency phone number and we had to sleep on the sofas in reception until staff arrived at 8am. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the receptionist did not even offer an apology the next morning. This is after us having paid for a room for the night and not being granted access until 8am!! On my return home to the UK I have emailed the hotel twice to complain and request a refund for that first night of our stay. My emails have been ignored. Not great!

Great position in the old town, Short walk to the main shopping area and the seafront. Staff were excellent and made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented. Room was comfortable and well looked after. Great air conditioning.

Hotel was well situated in Larnaca, central. Staff was amazing and very kind. Breakfast was wonderfull and staff funny and very helpfull Very good hotel and beds are great!

An absolute gem!
Checking in was quick and easy. My standard room was huge with a double aspect balcony and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The whole place was gleaming and spotlessly clean, the white bedding and towels were good quality. Sadly, I missed breakfast but I was told that it is excellent value and that the chef even makes the granola himself! The location is in a quieter part of town and that was a bonus, it was only 5 minutes walk from the best bars and restaurants. At no time did I feel unsafe. The staff were amazing. Many thanks to Helen, the wonderful receptionist and Jimmy the chef who both went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. I will definitely return to this gem of a hotel and highly recommend it to everyone.

The lady who checked us in was really nice, but the room was small and cramped. There were several times we didn’t have hot water for showers and the toilet seat was broken for most of our stay. Parking is scarce unless you get lucky and get one of the spots out front. The key card has to be in a slot on the wall for electricity to work, but ours was broken and it kept popping up causing the electricity to go out. The maintenance guy eventually fixed it. Didn’t really care for the neighborhood around the hotel either. Very dark with abandoned buildings. But, it is a short walk to the public beach and cafes. It wasn’t a terrible stay but there are orobably better options for a similar price..

I liked the hotel but I left some clothing in the room after check out and I contacted the hotel as soon as I realized that it was missing, about 4 later. I called the hotel 5 times, they answered once and never followed up. I also contacted them via Expedia and they did not respond. If you accidentally leave something in the room, too bad, you aren’t getting it back. Nor should you expect a response. I know what I left and it was definitely in the room . Nice owners , just not responsive or very responsible.

The location is in an up and coming, redevelopment area. Rght now the area does not look attractive. But It is a clean and new hotel. By improving a little in details, it could be even nicer. Good size room and clean, but only 1 chair, rest just empty space…why not put another settee to make it warmer? also for the 2nd person to have place to sit? The tea kettle is very old and nasty, it is a small expense to add a clean touch…. Overall, we are happy with it because we have an early flight out so it is only 10min away from the airport.

Really sweet spacious room with a super cozy bed and bedding - lots of water every day, room cleaning, very helpful and nice receptionist, close to the beach... The street had some cool art and it was 4 minutes to walk to the church of St Lazarus and the airport bus, which was only 2.40e and super fast and not busy at all. Loved my stay so much

I can't say what I didn't like because everything was perfect. They welcomed and pampered us throughout our stay. A special mention for the very kind lady at the Desk who recommended many activities for us to do. The cleaning was perfect and every day they made me find my pajamas folded like in the photo I will post, a very sweet thing. ______ Non riesco a dire cosa non mi è piaciuto perchè ogni cosa è stata perfetta. Ci hanno accolti e coccolati per tutto il soggiorno. Una menzione speciale per la signora al Desk gentilissima che ci ha consigliato molte attività da fare. Le pulizie erano perfette e ogni giorno mi facevano trovare il pigiama piegato come nella foto che metterò, una cosa molto dolce.

My firat time in Cyprus and took a chance booking this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a very spacious room and the surroundings were comfortable. Not many English speaking stations, but YouTube and Netflix were available.

Cozy and friendly in Larnaca!
The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful with our requests. The location is also good in a quite street close the the busy beach promenade. They had also nice options for breakfast. I would only recommend that the hotel offers the option of not changing your towels everyday automatically.
