Our house has 4 bedrooms, a large open living room, a garden and two terraces, one of which has a sea view.

In detail:
The house is organized around a large, bright living room, bringing together a kitchen with bar and central island, a dining area and a convivial living room, open to the outside.

It has four bedrooms spread over three levels:
-In the living room, a master suite with bed 180, bathroom and WC.
-On the first floor, two bedrooms with 140 beds, one with a terrace with sea view, the other on the garden side, as well as a bathroom and toilets.
-On the second floor, a large bedroom with a 160 bed, equipped with a sink and a shower.

Outside, two terraces offer complementary atmospheres:
-The terrace facing the beach hosts garden furniture and a dining area sheltered from the wind, with a gate directly overlooking the pedestrian promenade of La Nourriguel and the sea.
-The second terrace, on the garden side, enjoys the sun at the end of the day.

A privileged place to fully enjoy the coastline, the changing lights and holidays with your feet in the water, with family or friends.
