THE SPACE
• Smart Sleeping: Comfortably hosts 3–4 guests with a cozy full-sized bed, a seamless pull-out trundle bed, and both sheer and blackout curtains.

• Lounge & Work: Features a charcoal loveseat, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, split-type AC, Smart TV, and a vinyl record player.

• Chef’s Kitchen: Includes an induction cooktop, microwave, full fridge, rice cooker, electric kettle, custom breakfast bar, essential tableware and cookware and a capsule coffee machine.

• Bathroom & In-Unit Laundry: Equipped with a private top-loading washing machine inside a modern stone-tiled bathroom with a hot/cold rain shower and hair dryer.

• Storage & Fun: Features an ample-sized wardrobe, open shelving, steam iron and a collection of classic board games and books.

• Balcony: Relax on the balcony while taking in the stunning sea view, complete with a table and two chairs for your comfort.

GUEST ACCESS
• Resort Pool & Beach Access
Condo residents and the Main Resort share the same 11-hectare grounds but have separate management rules.

• FREE Access Included with Your Stay:
Condo Pools: Unlimited use of the residential lap and kiddie pools (between Towers A & B). Open 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Closed Wednesdays for cleaning.

• Resort Grounds & Dining: Free access to manicured pathways, the beachfront boardwalk, and all on-site resort restaurants/swim-up bars (pay-per-order).

• Parking: Complimentary guest parking on-site.

• Main Resort Lagoon Pools & Private Beach
To access the main resort’s multi-tiered lagoon pools and private beach, choose one:

Option A (Host Voucher):
Buy through us for ₱900 per adult/day (Includes: resort pools, slides, private beach, loungers, and locker/shower/towel access. Food/drinks separate). Subject to availability; please request vouchers at least 3 days in advance.

Option B (Resort Day Pass):
Buy at the resort lobby. ₱1,800 weekdays (includes ₱1,100 dining credit) / ₱2,000 weekends (includes lunch buffet). Kids 5 and below are free; ages 6–12 get 50% off. Open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Extended-Stay Bonus:
Booking 15 nights or longer? Enjoy complimentary, unlimited access to all resort-wide lagoon pools, the gym, and the private beach for your entire stay valid for up to 3 adults & 4 children (below 12 years old). Please note: This complimentary resort access is issued on a calendar-month basis. If your 15+ night stay crosses over into a new calendar month, the resort system automatically resets on the 1st. You will still enjoy the free privilege for the portion of your stay in the first month, but the complimentary access will expire and no longer apply to the dates falling within the new month.

• Pre-Registration
ID Submission: For a smooth check-in process, please submit government IDs 48 hours before arrival for clearance.

Visitor Policy: To maintain security, only registered guests are welcome; unregistered visitors are not permitted.
